Breakfast is not included that is available for $19 per person. Most of the staff are friendly. Could potentially be a great hotel but not just at the moment.

We booked for four nights in August 2025 and upon our arrival to the hotel, the hotel was closed for business and even had a stop work order from the city of Frisco CO posted on the building! (We took photos of the signage posted on the lobby doors) We have reached out several times but to no avail or response! Our credit card company has also reached out with no response from the owner. We were charged in full for a stay which could have never taken place! If the hotel knew they were closed for business, they should have shut down their reservation system and/or respond to people who had reservations while they are closed for business!!!!

They cancelled my reservation without any notice, and despite weeks of emails with IHG (who copied the hotel’s front office), I have received zero response or explanation. I work in the hotel industry and understand cancellations can happen due to oversell or renovations—but silence and lack of accountability are unacceptable. Based on this experience and other reviews, I would avoid this property. Great location in Frisco, but until management improves communication and service, book elsewhere.
