  Nice clean room, pool and gym. Good breakfast with plenty of options. Friendly staff. Quite a few bars and restaurants within a 5-10 min walk. Safeway across the street. Definitely recommended.

  A good example of how what could have been a great hotel experience was overshadowed by poor customer service. From the start, the front desk staff member was unfriendly, dismissive, and unhelpful during check-in and when we requested a late check-out. I was traveling with a group, and each of us had a similar negative interaction, which made it clear this wasn’t an isolated issue. To make matters worse, the hotel is significantly overpriced for the level of service provided. Their strict no-refund cancellation policy only adds to the frustration, especially given the lack of hospitality we experienced. For the price point, I expected professionalism and basic courtesy, but unfortunately, this hotel fell short. I would not recommend staying here unless customer service and flexibility are not priorities for you.

  Trevor saved our trip with his professional, proactive and kind actions. Thank you Trevor! Very clean, comfortable room. Great bed. Awesome location. Best hotel breakfast I've had.

  The staff is friendly. The location is great just by having a grocery store next door. Rooms were what you'd expect at any Holiday Inn, just fine but nothing special. Pool and hot tub were clean. Didn't try breakfast cause it was too crowded but it did look good. Would stay here again.

  Worst experience ever. Beds unclean. Looked like bed bugs presence. I was terrified. Management claims that they inspect it thoroughly but the reality is just the opposite. See the pics. When I reported this , I was told to immediately vacate the property with my family. No grace period. I had two kids and I did not have anywhere to go during the busy ski season for a reasonable price and had to scramble something at the last minute. This is for no fault of mine. Management should have taken action such that they fix the issue and provide a good customer experience if there is an issue. This is not the way to handle the situation. Victor who was the manager on duty was rude and unapologetic and indifferent. I wanted to reach out to Kobe who was the General Manager but he turned a deaf ear too. Extremely poor.
