Worst experience ever. Beds unclean. Looked like bed bugs presence. I was terrified. Management claims that they inspect it thoroughly but the reality is just the opposite. See the pics. When I reported this , I was told to immediately vacate the property with my family. No grace period. I had two kids and I did not have anywhere to go during the busy ski season for a reasonable price and had to scramble something at the last minute. This is for no fault of mine. Management should have taken action such that they fix the issue and provide a good customer experience if there is an issue. This is not the way to handle the situation. Victor who was the manager on duty was rude and unapologetic and indifferent. I wanted to reach out to Kobe who was the General Manager but he turned a dead ear too. Extremely poor.

If you love the smell of bacon permeating all the way to the 3rd floor rooms, this is the hotel for you! Otherwise, make sure you request a room away from the elevator and staircase, and check to make sure they keep the fire doors to the staircase closed instead of illegally propped open. Everything else was exactly as expected, clean and comfy beds, pool and hot tub working and convenient location.
