Great hotel with excellent service. The room was clean and cozy, and the location was perfect—close to restaurants and attractions. The only thing that could be improved is the Wi-Fi speed, but everything else was wonderful. I would gladly stay here again

Hotel is ok for the area. Upon arrival and check in the older lady working the front desk was rude and seemed irritated for disrupting her being on the computer as she slammed down the pen. The room could use better vacuum service and the PTAC (ac and heating unit) did need a really good cleaning as the burnt hair smell when turning on the heater was not pleasant to smell all night. Breakfast was good and hot. After breakfast I did go to the front desk to ask if I could cancel my next night stay without being charged I was told by front desk that they would still charge me, and that a AGM or GM was not available to discuss it further. Very unacceptable, especially since I work for IHG as a chief engineer. Will find other accommodations next time I’m in this area of Colorado. Customer service should always be #1 also towels need to be updated at hotel all our towels were frayed and if you like hot water it’s not here Lukewarm at best. Also great views by the cracked wall window and no peep hole covers if I can see out somebody can see in

Very clean room, good breakfast, nice pool and hot tub. In-room fridge and microwave were a plus. Liked the in-room Keurig and the disposable plastic cups in the bathroom for teeth brushing. They put out tasty chocolate chip cookies every day and there is a tea, coffee, and hot chocolate station in the lobby complete with mini marshmallows. Among the best tasting tap water I’ve had, though that may not be surprising given the location. Very nice experience overall and would definitely stay here again.

I would highly recommend this place if staying in winter park. It is right next to Safeway and across from 4 restaurants (walking distance). The rooms are clean and having a pool and hot tub was great for the kids. Also the breakfast was AMAZING. They even had GLUTEN FREE MUFFINS AND BAGELS!!!! I’ve not been to a single hotel with gluten free muffin options. They also had soy milk option. So this place is mindful of others dietary restrictions. I highly recommend this place we will stay again.
