  No coffee in the room and no hot water. Otherwise it was clean and the lady at the desk was nice. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

  I am a little person, when booking in at the hotel, they asked if I wanted to switch my room to a room with a low to the ground bed! ABSOLUTELY!! Everyone was so nice and super accommodating. The hotel was very clean, no issues. Pool was heated and the hot tub was so warm and felt good. We would 100% recommend, and will definitely be back!

  Stacy at the front desk was extremely friendly! Great customer service. The little welcome bag was a nice touch. The property is very clean and well maintained. Fitness room is updated with free weights, machines, etc. complimentary breakfast with delicious western omelette, waffles, sausage, cereal, etc. all staff we encountered were very friendly. Will stay here again! The Mac restaurant is right across the parking lot for a decent dinner and cocktails.

  Everything you could wish for (and more) when in need of an overnight stay close to the Interstate. We were passing through the area on a longer road trip and were very happy with our choice. The room was very clean (thank you to housekeeper Marisol for doing such an excellent job), well appointed and spacious. We also appreciated the warm lighting, nicely folded towels, bedtime sweets and the little welcome gift for Diamond Select members. The only thing we did not like was the absence of an in-room coffee maker and the absurd reasoning behind it - I don’t think we have ever before seen a hotel trying to sell the lack of such an amenity as an “enhancement of the guest experience”. The hot breakfast was a step above those of other properties in this price range and included, among other things, decent coffee, tortillas and green salsa, plus items to enhance your scrambled eggs, e.g. cheese and chopped spring onions. We were also glad to see a large bottle of hand sanitizer - an important but often missing item in a buffet breakfast setting. A very positive surprise was the hotel’s decision to offer reusable dishes and metal cutlery. This helped greatly in reducing the pile of single-use plastic trash you usually create at most U.S. chain hotel breakfasts. Dena, the breakfast lady, was very nice and welcoming - her smile made for a good start to the day. We observed her kindness also in interactions with other guests, like bringing a family coloring utensils to keep their children happy. Last not least a thank you to the other very nice staff member, Evelyn (hopefully I spelled her name right), who welcomed us with genuine warmth upon arrival and added a nice personal touch to the experience. The only thing that could have made our stay even better (besides the aforementioned in-room coffee maker) would have been to receive the BW Rewards points mentioned at check-in. We were initially not expecting those as we had booked through a third-party app. However, to our surprise we were told at check-in that our stay would in fact be eligible for points anyhow. This information did not seem to be correct as no points were credited. All in all, we had the impression that the people in charge of the Best Western Plus Overland Inn had a really good guest experience in mind when they designed the property and rooms, set up their processes and standards, and (maybe most importantly) hired such excellent employees as Marisol, Dena and Evelyn. We wish them many other happy guests in the future.

  How is this the highest rated place in town? Not sure. 3:30am my.neigubors start throwing their lighage at the walls and an hour and half later the desk people still won't do anything about it because "They're on their way out". What a sad joke. Book literally anywhere else, you'll be happier.
