2 queen bed mini apartment is a great alternative to home. My mom, 9 yr old and I had a flood in our apartment and had to vacate during repairs. This room was perfect. With a seperate room so mom can go to bed when she wants while we stayed up or a place to play for my child while mom and I watched a movie. The game room could use an update. The pool sadly was being renovated. But there is a park nearby. If we needed to go to the store, safeway and dollar tree are literally across the street. Breakfast is the same every morning so day one i made 4 burritos (country breakfast) and saved 2 for next morning for me and my daughter since she had school in the morning.

The pool and hot tub are closed and needing repair, and the front desk said they do not have any plans to make repairs or re-open the pool. The staff was friendly. The room was clean, but had several maintenance issues. One sink was clogged, the tub faucet dripped, the lock on of the interior doors to a bedroom, the and fridge light was loose. The staff did fix the clogged sink during my stay.

My family booked rooms early December for our annual New Year's trip, only to find out on the day of check in their pool was closed. The pool is always one of our families favorite things to do while on our getaway. When we called to see what the hotel was offering for pool accommodations we were rudely met with hostile employees. They were unwilling to make any changes or even transfer our reservations to a different Hilton hotel. As a Hilton Honors member for years I have never been treated so terribly by staff. Stacy at this location was so horrible and left my daughter in tears. We will NEVER again stay at this hotel and may consider not returning to a Hilton location ever again. Rude and nasty staff makes the entire experience something out of nightmares.

We stayed at this hotel because our apartment had a gas leak. We were getting really sick and came here as an escape. The first night, we went to the hot tub to relax. The hot tub closed at 10:00pm and at 9:57 a younger woman came over and said we are closed in a very hostile way, it was our first night, we didn’t know. We got out abruptly and she stormed away. The next week or so was a great experience. The manager with blonde hair is amazing, so sweet, and kind. But she was the only one. One night our disposal stopped working and we called the front desk twice with no maintenance called. So our disposal exploded and mildew food went everywhere. When the manager with blonde hair came in the next day, she quickly moved us and was so kind. When we went down to the hot tub, she told us there was an issue with the lock but she would manually fix it for us. We were so pleased, we came to this hotel for the hot tub. We’re now two weeks into our stay and we went down to the pool and hot tub being closed. It’s 7pm. We asked the same younger staff member who got frustrated at us earlier, and she said it is broken but she’ll call maintenance. When we explained that the other staff member opened the door she said sorry I’ll call maintenance. Super interesting. We can also see dog or cat pee all over the walls. It is clear it wasn’t clean. There are many dishes missing. Only one dish washer pod, WiFi boosts us off immediately, and key cards don’t work half the time. Room service seems to be minimal. Overall, good hotel but the hotel staff is mixed. Some amazing experiences, some terrible ones. If that one staff member were gone, I would come again but not with bad customer service. It makes you wonder why they have kept bad staff because there are many points in the Google reviews where her name is mentioned.

Made a reservation 1 month ago. Due to the weather happening 9n 12.06.25, we are unable to stay. I called before 48 hours to cancel, though I was informed it was 24. They still pulled the money from my account. When I called back, the gal said it was because my reservation required 48 hours notice to cancel. I told her I did cancel during my allowed time. She then had me leave a vm for the manager WHO DID NOT CALL ME BACK. So, I call today and now they are telling me that my reservation was a 21 DAY NOTICE TO CANCEL. SO, you are telling me, my cancelation timeline changed 3 times so that you did not have to reimburse me?!? Thats cute for you and I hope people read this and choose not to stay at this hotel. You should be ashamed of yourselves. To the manager, you are not the best ar customer service, you wouldn't even get on the phone with me, yet you made the receptionist relay info. That should have been a you job.
