    Do not stay here if you expect any peace on checkout day. Checkout is at 11am, yet staff started knocking on my door at 8:00 a.m., then again at 8:30, 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, 10:30. I only book one day at a time for work and sometimes don’t even get back to the room until 7–8 a.m., so being woken up an hour later over and over is completely unacceptable. I paid for the room until 11. They even tried coming into the room while I was still inside. Totally unprofessional.

    Booked for a month. And they decided to go into our room at the end of the month and just take all of our belongings even tho we still had paid through until Saturday morning. We have been moving to our house and of course wanted to stay there. But that apparently makes it okay for them go just remove your items from your room!

    They desk people were great. The room we were given was nice except the bathroom had several loose tiles, we told the front desk and they wanted to give us a new room but told them it wasn't a deal killer , ( just didn't want to move all our bags). They were going to close the room off in the morning. The kids loved the pool. The exercise room had some pedal machines but no treadmill. Overall a really good experience, I would stay again.

    The hotel is clean and people are friendly. If you have food allergies you cannot partake in their free breakfast. A/C works well but you can't keep the fan on to block out hotel noise. The refrigerator makes a knocking sound. There are a lot of places to eat in walking distance and a movie theater next door. Centrally located. A bit noisy. Great place for families. Maybe not as great for someone staying there for work and going to bed and getting up early.

    During a super busy Valentine’s weekend when hotels everywhere were fully booked, Calvin at the front desk went above and beyond to make my extended stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton happen smoothly and stress-free. His diligence, professionalism, and genuine helpfulness turned what could have been a hassle into a wonderful experience—huge thanks to him for the outstanding customer service! The hotel itself is spotless and comfortable—perfect for a longer stay. Highly recommend this place, especially if you want friendly staff and a clean, cozy spot to relax. 5 stars all around!
