    Last May I booked (did not end up staying) at a Hilton Garden Inn located in the Denver DTC area and it was a horrible experience 😫. Although I have stayed 46 nights in hotels since then I have avoided the Garden Inn brand. This trip the Embassy Suites in Loveland (the hotel I stay at in the area) was booked and the alternatives were not appealing so I took a chance. This stay was everything that the last Hilton Garden Inn I stayed at failed to be. It was clean well maintained, the room was exactly as advertised, the restaurant was reasonably priced and good food and the staff was friendly. In particular, Justin, the front desk agent was fantastic. He was courteous, friendly, respectful and kind. I asked about restaurants and he gave me good information, he also recommended the Garden Inn's own restaurant and mentioned his favorite dishes. Justin acted like a Concierge and seemed to enjoy his work. I took his recommendation, ate at the Hotel restaurant and ordered what he recommend. Before retiring for the evening, I told Justin about my previous attempt to stay at a Garden Inn. He apologized for the experience, and said he would do everything to make this stay enjoyable. He already did. Good employees are critical in any business and to have an exceptional employee is rare.

    Hotel is at a great location about 5 min from the downtown area. Everything is brand new and clean, bar, restaurant on site or just go across the street to an amazing steak house Austin Bar and Grill

    Kudos to Justin and the restaurant manager that worked the evening shifts during my stay. Furthermore, Justin and the restaurant manager whose name I can't remember again were outstanding. I did have two woes that I believe were handled, one involving the flies,dead and alive in my room . Furthermore, I did also leave a message for you(Marissa, General Manager) with Shantae, and never received a response. I will be completing my survey that I received. Being a long time Hilton honors member(Twenty-five years) I'm somewhat perplexed at this time. I would appreciate your follow-up in these matters . Lastly, I stated I slipped and fell at your hotel entry on my departure and never received a follow up after I made a complaint at your front desk with the clerk(Shante). The entry was not cleared in a timely manner at the front entry(7:30 a.m.). This lack of management concern is unacceptable. I have stayed at Hilton hotel all across the country and always had an exceptional experience. This terrible guest handling from management is unacceptable. Kudos to Justin, who was amazing, and should be the manager at this location. Regards, Carl D.
