I've stayed here before but recently I stopped by and needed to request a taxi without being able to use my own phone. Justin was working the desk and after I let him know I was a Hilton Honors member he jumped right in and helped me out. I really do appreciate his level of service and look forward to staying here again in the near future!

I had a great experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Fort Collins. The room was spotless and well-kept, and everything worked just as it should. The property felt very clean, safe, and comfortable.
The staff were outstanding — friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and relaxing.
The location is convenient, close to plenty of restaurants and shops. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely return on my next visit to Fort Collins.

This was our first time to Fort Collins and chose this hotel mainly based on availability on a busy homecoming weekend at CSU. (which we weren't aware of) The hotel is very easy to get to off the interstate, but far enough back from the busy roads that we found it very quiet at night. It's probably like most Garden Inns everywhere as far as layout and amenities, but we found this location to be spotlessly clean, both the public areas and the room. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a 6 day stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a breakfast buffet at a reasonable $15, and also a full bar. There are countless restaurants and stores within easy walking or driving distance. We found the location to be very good for exploring the area without having to stay in the very busy downtown. We highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again if we are in the area.

Place looks great and for the most part was minus some little issues. Bathrooms have really bright lights on motion sensors. It's really irritating if you get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. Lobby is heavily scented which is fine, but after awhile it starts smelling like a fancy bathroom. Vanity has gaps on the end so stuff can slide off the counter on to the floor. Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast isn't free but tasted fine. Facility is having the parking lot re-done which proved to be a nuisance. Otherwise clean and in a good neighborhood.
