  This building smells moldy. The air freshers spraying constantly doesn’t really help. It makes the air smell like chemicals. Our room had a constant water leak from upstairs that got worse when someone was using the water. That noise made it difficult to sleep. The HVAC which was dated had a fan that made lots of noise when it was running. The elevator is old and does not inspire confidence that it’ll actually take you up or down safely. The Lounge upstairs has a coffee maker we enjoyed during our stay. I was asked about our stay by the manager and I let him know about the issues. He said he would address it via points, which never happened.

  Very nice place. I haven't stayed in a hotel in over a decade and it met every expectation and then some. The room was comfortable, quiet, and the whole building smelled amazing (I kept commenting that and it probably got annoying!) The staff was all very respectful and easy to talk to. Overall just a great experience for a night away.

  A good hotel located in Fort Collins. The rooms are older and a bit outdated. There is a lounge for those with status. Dining options aren’t great but many outside options close by. Would stay again for business trips.

  This hotel is wonderful. The staff is friendly and go the extra mile, especially Joe & Lekana at the front desk and Monica at Starbucks, she remembers your order after the first morning. Oh and Ariel in the bar. I was in town for a full week of work and too tired to go out, the restaurant here is great (food is fresh & hot), so is the bar, good Old Fashion drinks. The nice thing when I travel for business is having everything I need in one place and it be a great experience. Well, that happened here! Great clean rooms, great service, great location what more could you ask for in Fort Collins? Thanks Hilton Staff of Fort Collins!!!

  We stay here 4-6 times/yr. The rooms are fairly comfortable, but we struggle to keep the rooms cool enough. Depending on the side of the building, there can be a lot of road noise, sirens, etc. Front desk, restaurant staff are friendly, professional and service is good. We stay here due to convenient location to visit our adult kids/grandkids and because they allow our dog (for a fee). My biggest complaint is that the West entry is awful. There is a Q smoking area there but all the smokers hang by the door and the smoke gets sucked into the building every time the door opens. The biggest offenders are the hair salon employees. The smoking area needs to be 25’ from the door an it needs to be enforced.
