Last year you said you started charging for parking to help pay for maintenance and improvements to the parking lot.
You have improved your lot or even redone the lines.
Charging for parking at this location is pure greed with no rational excuse.

I can't believe a hotel this expensive charges for parking. I was under the impression it was covered with my room.

Checked in on 12/29/2025. Lekena was working at the front desk. What a wonderful experience this was. She greeted me with a smile as I walked in and everything from that point on was perfect! Very polite, very helpful and kind. Hats off to this young lady. Thanks Lekena!

Do not stay here. Basic things in room are falling apart. They rip you off for $20 a night parking in an area where nothing is within walking distance and you are still miles from downtown Fort Collins. Unless you like paying Hilton prices for a Motel 6, find a different place to stay.

The minute I walked in I got hives and a migraine from the overwhelming amount of fragrance they pump into the lobby, restaurant, conference rooms, and bathrooms. There is no escaping it. I took so much Benadryl and migraine medicine I barely remember the conference at all. I am sensitive to fragrance but even coworkers who don’t normally get reactions to fragrance were getting headaches from it.
Besides the fragrance and terrifying elevators, the rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and the location was convenient. Particularly enjoyed the nice walking trail behind the hotel.
