- THt h2 days ago1.0We have stayed here before and we're delighted . This visit was awful. The hotel needs to enforce non smoking rooms. Getting off the elevator on the 2nd floor, the entire 2nd floor smells like cigarettes. There was no coffee except decaf because they were waiting on a delivery. It seems someone should be ordering more frequently. Maybe a gift card to starbucks?? This stay was a nightmare. The mattress was so hard that I got up during the night to take some Tylenol because laying on my side made my hip hurt on the mattress. I will not be back to this location again.

Even found myself telling people I “had to go back home” when I went to my friends and families Thanksgiving celebrations. - LHLuanne HamiltonOct 1, 20254.0Addendum: as of December of 2025, I called and they have not upgraded their mattresses nor do they have upgrades planned. I am disappointed because otherwise I liked this lodging. But we cannot consider staying there with my husband's back issues. We'll come back if they get new mattresses. Pros: Staff friendly and helpful. (Quickly met our request for extra blanket and to check our heating system.) Quiet and safe location. Kitchen with refrigerator, cooktop, microwave and dishes to serve two people. Roomy bathroom. Very clean and fresh. Recliner chair in room with lots of closet and desk space. Cons: King-size bed in our suite was very uncomfortable for my spouse who has a bad back. He had to sleep in the recliner chair. We were advised that upgrades are coming which will include new mattresses. Heating and cooling system was difficult to control - if you tried to turn the thermostat down a little, it immediately blasted cold air. We would stay here again, but if you have a bad back, ask how old the mattresses are. Also, I recommend asking for a room away from the back of the mall. Tuesday morning at 6am was garbage pick up day for the adjacent mall, and the trucks dumping the commercial dumpsters were some kind of loud!
