  Our company has quite a few employees that stay there, and for the most part we like it. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. However the little things that we seek seem to be falling through the cracks and I will be seeking other arrangements for lodging when in town to work. Last night one of the two washing machines left my laundry full of all my work clothes locked inside, after my second attempt of getting the machine to work properly (the washer was full of soapy water after the first attempt). It was late, I was tired and had an early morning which I was late for because I had to Iron my work clothes stuffed into a garbage bag still damp. I was willing to let this be and go about my day but now I'm sitting here in damp soapy clothes that stink, and it is cold. Now my skin is itching, and I have to find a laundry mat to wash my clothes as there will not be a second day of stinky clothes as I travel for work. This is not only humiliating but irritating. There are other incidences I've witnessed people coming to and from the parking lot with several loads of clothes to do laundry for free, making the machines unavailable for hours. After what happened last night, all I got was a sorry, and no offer of any additional rewards to my account. I will not be staying there again until issues are resolved. Fix your broke washing machines or replace them.

  Great! Business-y hotels are often more board room than bed room but this one is well designed for living & sleeping space. My one gripe is both HVAC units were broken. One of them and its thermostats each have signs pointing to each other to adjust temperature at the other place 👉👈 And the other HVAC unit had a broken temperature control so you couldn't turn the heat down .. only up!

  Really sad to see this Candlewood Suites go so downhill. It used to be my favorite place to stay while visiting Fort Collins for the past three years. During my entire stay, there were overflowing ashtrays and trash on the grounds outside. There was also dead landscaping, valet carts with stringy carpet and marks/scratches all the way down the hallway walls. The whole place just looks so run down. My room had dirty carpet, chipped bathtub, caulk issues, and stained furniture. Not sure what happened but I will not return. The front desk people were very nice though.

  We have stayed here before and we're delighted . This visit was awful. The hotel needs to enforce non smoking rooms. Getting off the elevator on the 2nd floor, the entire 2nd floor smells like cigarettes. There was no coffee except decaf because they were waiting on a delivery. It seems someone should be ordering more frequently. Maybe a gift card to starbucks?? This stay was a nightmare. The mattress was so hard that I got up during the night to take some Tylenol because laying on my side made my hip hurt on the mattress. I will not be back to this location again.
