- GMGerald MazurJan 18, 20264.0It’s on Fort Carson, so if you are doing anything there, very convenient. The TV is tiny and too far away from the beds. Free breakfast which was good. Only have two older treadmills. Noticed there was a water leak near one of the side exits, nothing was done to repair it. At least they changed the bucket periodically. Provided me a paper only receipt.
- LLLizDec 19, 20251.0I had a reservation and my flight landed at 3:30pm. I couldn't get a visitors pass to get on base due to the visitors center closing at 1pm. I called the front desk to see what else I could do to make my reservation and was instantly yelled at by "Gary" at the front desk saying "why are you calling me? I don't know what to do!" When I said he didn't need to tell at me, he claimed he wasn't yelling at me and said "I'm Mexican, we talk loud". He was not talking loud he was yelling. I have never had an issue at any other IHG hotel I stayed at, they all gave been very helpful and accommodating. I ended up finding a much better hotel with wonderful staff. I don't recommend this hotel at all.
