- LLLizDec 19, 20251.0I had a reservation and my flight landed at 3:30pm. I couldn't get a visitors pass to get on base due to the visitors center closing at 1pm. I called the front desk to see what else I could do to make my reservation and was instantly yelled at by "Gary" at the front desk saying "why are you calling me? I don't know what to do!" When I said he didn't need to tell at me, he claimed he wasn't yelling at me and said "I'm Mexican, we talk loud". He was not talking loud he was yelling. I have never had an issue at any other IHG hotel I stayed at, they all gave been very helpful and accommodating. I ended up finding a much better hotel with wonderful staff. I don't recommend this hotel at all.
