We were staying at a casino resort in Black Hawk during the past week so we needed to move out to a regular hotel for one night to do laundry before we flew out of state. This is the only reason I had to book a room at this Holiday Inn. But they didn’t inform me about their malfunctioning washer although I did ask them about laundry when I checked in. Until the next morning when I asked them for coin change, they told me that their washer was down a week ago. So I kindly asked them if they could help calling the hotel next door if they could let us do laundry for a fee. But the front desk guy just told me to walk over there and ask myself, saying “I’m not gonna call them for that.” I know I could call the hotel next door myself, but I’m not happy with the way that front desk guy responded to their guests when the guests asked for an amenity the hotel listed. Rude!
