  The rooms were 100% what you would except from a Best Western. We had plenty of towels, clean room,and a decent view of the mountains in the distance. Breakfast options changed daily which was a nice bonus! The staff were fantastic and friendly!

  The service alone sets this hotel apart from the others. It's a little out of the way for where we wanted to stay, and the rooms are like any other Best Western, but the price is right and Esteban at the desk was a rock star. Super helpful and accommodating. This was day one, so I hope day two is equally comfortable! Speaking of, the front lobby smelled very clean and fragrant, nice change from your usual lobby!

  My husband and I are very happy that we chose this location of best Western for our brief trip to the Denver Colorado area. The room certainly met our expectations as it is very clean and all the extra amenities including coffee are available. Breakfast that was included is a plus and the staff has been helpful and welcoming. Thank you for a wonderful day.

  I arrived at hotel at 3PM. Upon arriving at my assigned room I heard loud tv and voices coming from the room next to mine. I then returned to front desk and asked Jeremiah if I could get another room. After a few minutes he said I am sorry we are fully booked and I cannot. He offered to contact the people in the room and I was appalled. The last thing I want to do is ruin someone’s vacation. They have every right to play the tv loud. Who knows they may be hard of hearing. I was so tired after my 4 hr drive here and a breast aspiration, that I just said okay. Then I realized, I paid for a nice quiet room and had every right to ask for it. He had mentioned that other kinds of rooms were available, so I went back. He reassigned me to a two double bed room. This rooms bathroom smelled horribly of mold, but at this point I did not want to speak with him again. When I went down to use the pool a half hour later I mentioned that the room was worse and smelled of mold. He offered no help or solution. On top of all this the pool and hot tub looked as though it had not been cleaned in years. Frankly I am pretty disgusted by this hotel service, staff, and amenities. I wish I hadn’t prepaid for two days or I would have booked next door at Comfort Suites and left right then.

  1 star We found drug paraphernalia in our room during a final check before checkout. This means the room was not properly cleaned or inspected before we were given access. I was staying here with my pregnant wife, which makes this especially concerning from a health and safety standpoint. No guest should have to worry about exposure to something like this. Management did apologize and comp the night, but the fact that this was missed at all is unacceptable. We only found it ourselves, which raises concerns about overall cleanliness. There was also a card provided with the room keys offering a reward for leaving a 5 star review, which makes the ratings here feel misleading. If cleanliness and safety matter to you, I would think twice before staying here.
