Pool, hot tub, free smores, coffee, tea, so many different things to do and a bunch of different amenities place was great to bring our kids. It’s only a 20 minute drive to the national parks where there’s countless areas to go hiking. All of the staff are very welcoming. Everyone from the maintenance to the manager are willing to stop and say hi

We stayed 4 nights. We loved it here. No issues with maintenance, cleanliness, noise. Chose the hotel for proximity to RMNP, indoor pool, and bec reviews said great for kids. We requested 2 rooms together; they said it could not be guaranteed. This is common but I was still annoying and called multiple times to ask, and they kept assuring me that they can only check for that once we check in. They worked really hard to move rooms around and were able to get us 2 adjoining rooms, which was incredibly helpful for our stay and made it much more pleasant. We used everything offered — the pools was everything! Pool, hot tub, and area was impeccably cleaned and stocked daily by a professional and friendly porter, with age-appropriate cartoons on a gigantic screen; game room was small but just right for us and another family to be in together at once, with kids playing together; free s’mores kits and fire pit also nice to share w other families staying there; free food for kids was great for breakfast and first night dinner; lounged in the common areas a bit. Our rooms were serviced everyday and very clean. Staff very friendly and always helpful. Best amenity: drumroll … LOL - we used the sparkling water machine constantly! Everything we needed in town (Safeway, coffee, Cinnamon’s Bakery, breakfast and dinner places) was 3-5 min away and the RMNP was right there as well.

Comfortable bed, a solid location tucked off the main road, and genuinely fun lobby perks that included flavored sparkling water, Starbucks coffee, free s'mores kits for the outdoor fire pits, and a free play Ghostbusters pinball machine. The one real issue is the rooms need better soundproofing. We were woken up at 2am by noisy neighbors staying in the room next to us and you can hear conversations clearly through the bathroom vents from the next room. Light sleepers, bring earplugs.

Jennifer in the restaurant is truly a gem. My dad was staying here, and we joined him for breakfast. While the service was a bit slow—which was completely understandable—Jennifer maintained such a positive attitude and consistently made sure we were taken care of. Even after more of our family arrived once the restaurant had already closed, she went above and beyond by continuing to serve us for a little while from the lobby cooler. Her kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. She absolutely deserves all the praise!
