My review is based on the recent experience I had with regards to refund of incorrect charges made to by credit card. I had made a reservation in this property from 11/24 to 11/26 but cancelled the reservation well in advance. I reached out to the customer care centre on 11/19 to dispute the charges and was assured that a resolution will be provided within 24-48 hours. I have yet not received a refund or have been contacted by the property manager. Every time I reach their customer care centre, I am promised that the Estes park property manager will reach out to me but nothing has been done yet. I didn't expect such a pathetic service from Holiday Inn. I have an upcoming stay with your other property and wondering if it should be cancelled based on this experience. Excellent place to stay with the family. I found it hard to find a non-haunted, up level hotel that didn’t break the bank and this is it! Lois is an incredible leader and the property has a great location! Absolutely love the fire places and common area. Indoor pool has padded rubber so pretty safe for kiddos. The restaurant puts out really good burgers. Definitely recommend this place for the price!

Stay was meh, The room had a smell to it when we first arrived The Ac barely did anything and the room was so hot. Combine the heat with the strange smell my family and I all woke up with clogged noses and phlem in the throats. The few French toast I had got we're not fully cooked. There was no ice with the drinks so just warm orange juice. The game room was nice, very run down and most everything was broken. But it was nice At about 9pm we were enjoying our complimentary s'mores kits when the night worker came and asked if we were screaming at the top of our lungs and running screaming. .... Myself and my wife in our 30s my mom almost 60 and my kids Godmother who is almost 70, my freezing 5 year old and freezing 8 year old. All huddled around the fire. Smh 😒 The maintenance guys decided to empty the hot tub at 10am when the pool area opens. Instead of the hours before. The also barely filled and cleaned the pool as we entered the pool area. Smh should have been done hours before. Far too many chemicals were put in the pool, our eyes and noses were burning from swimming, our skin was getting itchy and irritated. I can hear them talking as I type this message, they put in to many tablets(chlorine). Maybe I should show them my CPI card and see if they let me fix the issue Not the best place I've stayed and not the worse.

The hotel was fine... But they need better pillows not hard sponges.... the matches could have been a little firmer.... And the breakfast was 17.95... Out have a regular option , danish and coffee 4.....4 bucks or something.. Also , their dinner menu is lacking , mostly just burgers and quick bites.... But they promote it like they may have steak italian dishes or whatever but they don't.... But you'd stay there because they have a good location for the park...

Unfortunately, this "Hotel" is actually 2 - a Hotel portion which is what you see from the street and probably where all these 5 star reviews are from and the "Motel" portion which is hidden behind the Hotel. A 2 story motel which isn't even attached to the main building, so if you wanted to take advantage of all these smores and pools perks you need to drive around to the main hotel. The hallway was so small and creepy, the room was dated, and no access to any of the main "Hotel" services without driving around. I had booked a Mountain View King and was relegated to the Motel portion with a stunning view of the parking lot directly outside my window (1st floor) couldn't even open curtains. I tried to get the room I booked, but was literally made to feel like since I used my points to get this room this is what you get, despite the fact that I reserved a mountain view. If I would have wanted to stay in a "Motel" I would have booked one of the many cute motels all through Estes Park. I have no time for playing room roulette in the hopes that I get a room in the hotel section, there are better options in this great town!
