We didn’t need fresh towels every day but pleasantly surprised to get them everyday. The hotel is also within reasonable walking distance to downtown if you don’t want to try to find parking. My favorite thing about this hotel is the ceiling fans. I wish every hotel would install them. Overall five star experience for the hotel!!!

My husband has mobility issues. We didn't get readily accessible room. We were placed on 3rd floor with elevator access only! Thank God there was no emergency since my husband cannot negotiate stairs! Also I made reservation in MY name but was refused check in because reservation had been made in my husband's name. He had to get out of car with his mobility issues to check us in! TERRIBLE experience!
