  Night auditor (named something like Rena or Reyna) was very helpful. Computer was not working and she fixed it for me.

  First - 3.23.26 Front desk employee: Sergei charged 3 guests from Valor Group a deposit fee upon arrival, which has yet to be reimbursed. Secondly - 3.25.26 Sergei assumed i was smoking in my room amend code to call my room and remind me that it's not allowed. I was in the shower and ran out to answer the phone, just to be reminded that e are not allowed to smoke in our rooms. We are here on business and on our Corporates dollar. I'm 50 years old and truly understand what to do when staying in a hotel... Needless to say, I didn't have the most comfortable stay. The room was nice and I slept well, but felt uncomfortable.

  It’s clean and spacious room and spacious bathroom and the staff were very nice and friendly. Big windows which is a plus plus. Just realized I only tooked the video of it and not picture. They also have drinking water stations every floor, and have both cold and hot water(first time seeing this at a hotel which is really nice). Also I don’t know if this is normal but in that spacious bedroom they even provide yoga mat yoga ball and blocks etc don’t know who would use it, kind of dusty when I saw it. Check-in check out was very fast too! I stayed for 4 nights this January, don’t wanna leave after!

  The best part of our 3 night stay was the friendliness of the staff. Raina and Ethan were amazing. We all know there’s not much worse than rude front desk workers after traveling. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

  I really can’t fathom what any of these bad reviews are for. I’ve been here three nights now and it’s a great hotel. The rooms are nice and everything works. The workout areas are amazing and the staff, especially Sergei, are fantastic. Can’t praise Sergei enough such a nice person! It’s great for pets and the fee is actually reasonable unlike some places that charge 50 per pet per night. If you know coming in when you book there isn’t continental breakfast, there is nothing to complain about. Some hotels do some don’t! It’s a great place to stay with great staff.
