TV wasn’t working, but the front desk fixed it. These problems should be addressed before guests arrive! Also, the shower needed to be re-grouted or sealed. For close to $200/night standards should be higher. On the plus side, the room was clean and the bed comfortable.

TOUR DIRECTORS/PLANNERS, READ--
I don't recommend this hotel if you want breakfast early, or really food, ever, to be honest. The restaurant is always understaffed, likely due to poor compensation. Breakfast times do not move at all, even if 80 people need it to. The hotel blames corporate policies, but I've been to other Holiday Inns that have no problem with minor changes to times. If you plan on dinner at the restaurant here, expect long wait times no matter how many people are in there.
They get a pretty good number of large commercial vehicles staying here, even with no proper parking for them. For as many tour groups that come through here, there should be legitimate bus parking, but there is not. The sales lead (who seems to do the functions of a manager) simply tells all large vehicles to park in the exact same spot, knowing fully well that five vehicles do not fit where only one can go. Park in the back of the lot and you're guaranteed to find at least one or two homeless people sleeping in their cars.
The actual hotel manager seems like any other employee there, except he is too lazy to park his Tesla in a normal parking spot, and insists on impeding the fire lane right outside the front entrance whenever he does show up to work. Somehow, they've also decided they'll allow motorcycles to take up this entrance space as well. Convenient for motorcycle drivers to have better parking than even the handicapped.
As for general demeanor. . . If you're in a tour group with porter service, they may misplace your bags in any random room. If they cannot find what they did with them, they will begin angrily blaming you or your driver within the span of 20 minutes. The sales lead here shuts down quickly over stress, and unfortunately he is mostly full of hot air. Two younger ladies that work the front desk in the afternoons and evenings do their best to cover for his ineptitude. These poor girls reach out to their management over and over issues that tour groups have, and always say they either get no response, or that the response was that management will reach back out to you. . . Which never happens.
As for getting around, the location is quite imperfect. It's not the easiest walk for older folks to get into town, and they insist that the city does not offer transportation services on this side of town. I HAVE seen people being dropped off by the red city shuttles here though, so more hot air in my opinion.
The short of it? Stay at the Holiday Inn Express just north of here and save yourself a lot of hassle.

Very clean, very nice and very comfy! Slept super well.
Got the King Room and loved the couch to sit and read for a while!
Had a zoom meeting the next morning and the internet was rock solid!
Great place to stay! We’ll be back!

This is a little late of a review but be very cautious of this hotel on 8/8/25 exactly around 12 and 1 am me and my roomie were working a wedding there woke up with bed bugs infesting our beds, personally I woke up due to be so itchy and confused so I went into the bathroom to see bites all over my body and and my eye, the manger did move us into the residents inn after we went down stairs hysterical knowing we had to be up and ready for onsite setup in 100 degree weather early that morning. Staff didn’t know how to handle the situation and were freaked out once they saw it… the manager seemed nice about it in the beginning and then accused me who got eaten alive within 4 hours of being in that room that I had brought adult bed bugs to this room… that was a HUGE slap in the face considering I was emotionally and physically in pain… I have horrible reactions too bug bites and the welts from the bed bugs caused me so much pain mind you It’s was my birthday that day and thought I could suck it up and work but that was a HUGGE MISTAKE! I could go on about how we had to wait until 11pm to have clean laundry and had to tell them to DRY THE CLOTHES multiple times considering that’s how you get rid off them. The manager was to concern on ruining the clothes which they are obviously already ruined and infested so just dry them don’t let them sit wet and soggy for them to fester in your washer….mind you we were working all day and couldn’t put our full attention on this matter.
