Emily at the front desk truly made our stay. Every interaction with her was bright, cheerful, and genuinely welcoming. She has an incredible attitude and a natural way of making people feel seen and cared for.
Starting the morning with someone that positive sets the tone for the entire day, and Emily went out of her way to greet us, make conversation, and ensure everything was going well. It made such a difference during our visit with family and added to what was already a great stay.
Thank you, Emily, for bringing so much warmth and positivity to your role — it doesn’t go unnoticed. We really appreciated it.

Everyone was so kind, bless their beautiful souls. All I saw was hard workers. 10/10.
I loved my stay here. Jim and Emily, at the front desk gave great service, with a kind attitude, and were very understanding. It was accommodating and clean, no old cobwebs in the corner of the bedroom or bathroom shower/mirrors/doorframe, the carpet was very well vacuumed and the beautiful wood floors were wonderfully swept and clearly mopped, (seeing as how they had a nice shine). I was comfortable right from the beginning, settling into my room for a week. The beds felt and smelt clean, no sweaty feet smell when I laid across the foot of the bed, and the pillows did not smell like body odor. I truly felt like I was sleeping in a clean bed.
I GIVE A GREAT THUMBS UP TO ROOM KEEPING! "Excellent Job, Keep up the amazing work! ;) "
Breakfast was great and affordable ($10) vs other restaurants around, and even though I don't drink alcohol, the non-alcoholic drinks were great. Kim did a wonderful job at the bar.

The rooms were clean and smelled nice. I found breakfast to be the most affordable around at only $10 for the breakfast buffet. The cook (Eric) even made me a great egg omelette. I had a great server (Burt) she was always busy.
I also liked the decor of the overall hotel, restaurant and pool with hot tub.

First off, despite it being advertised as a heated pool, the pool is not heated at all and the staff will admit it's never been heated. The breakfast is abysmal and a waste of money, when there is actually food ready. The showers are freezing, I'm not sure there is any hot water in the entire place. This place is a joke and a waste of money to stay here.
