Comments: Nice room, though again with another IHG hotel which is it that when you book via a “third-party” such as booking.com that you get the poorest room in the hotel. While the room was nice, it was the smallest room on the floor plan and directly opposite the lift, as well as not being top floor as requested. Again, you can hear footfalls from people upstairs. Outlook: Nice outlook on the balcony and over the river. Decor: Modern, well-thought-out and functional room. Desk & electrical sockets: Good desk space with international socket, space for multiple USB charger ports. In-room safe: Yes, a quirky safe in the floor of the wardrobe. Breakfast: Good American-style buffet with choices of cereal, hot food, waffles or muffins, yoghurt, fruit and brewed coffee with slightly improved choices than some other hotels.

The service level is above and beyond what I experience at most hotels around the country. From being right there waiting when we arrived, offering a text number to ease communication, directly assisting guests with any and all needs and inquiries, and even providing goody bags upon our arrival, I am beyond impressed.
- DMDave McMechenSep 23, 20255.0Nice since it's a newer hotel. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. The breakfast is what it is. Free. The parking is tight for larger vehicles in the garage. Parking is very limited outside of the garage. Excellent patios on the back overlooking the river.
