  Stayed here many times and they’re always good. However, one night; after settling in and organizing my clothes on the bed. My black snow pants and black sweater accumulated so much cat hair (white cat hair). The top blanket I white, so I rubbed my black socks on the bed to double check, cat hair was on the bed then I check the sheets and there was cat hair in the sheets. I called the front desk for new blankets and sheets. Folded the contaminated blankets and sheets in on its self. The night staff was nice, offering points or a discount. The morning staff disregarded this situation. No compensation points or discount. Check your blankets and sheets.

  Nate at the front desk is awesome. He makes the hotel welcoming and friendly. Do NOT underappreciate him.

  The lady that works the breakfast Kathy she's the amazing lady.. always hard-working keeping the place clean and always keeping the food up..

  What a gem! This hotel is beautifully designed, and very clean. The staff have all been so polite and helpful the entire time we have been here. The hot tub was wonderful, the smoking shelter was perfect to be able to keep us dry when we went outside for a puff, and breakfast…. Best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel in a long while. Every morning was a little different with a huge variety and no “first come first serve” nonsense. The staff kept the breakfast fully stocked and clean during service hours. Right on the edge of town so it’s nice and quiet while still so convenient to all the fun in downtown Durango.
