We received a text to see how everything was going and had a staff member come to our door and ask us if we needed fresh towels or anything else. We have stayed all over Durango and this is the best staff anywhere. We usually stay at the Double Tree, but this was 10x the appreciation for our business at half the price. Thank you all so much!

I told them I couldn’t do that because of my dog’s sensitive stomach - we need to be able to get out quickly when needed. She said all she had was second floor. We decided to find another hotel because of the inflexibility. Once I told her we had to go somewhere else, she said she’d check if they had first floor rooms. We had already made another reservation by then. Very negative experience. Unfortunately we had to pay anyway. Durango is beautiful though!
