We stayed here last week for Christmas vacation. We booked two nights for two queens with a river view and it was perfect! We wanted to add another night but our room was booked so the nice lady at the desk was able to get us into the room next door but it was a king and pull out sofa which was not a big deal. She stated the new room would be top priority so we could move over. Once we moved in we noticed it wasn’t cleaned very well. We found an Oreo cookie in the floor, a tube of chapstick in the bathroom and the towels looked as if they were thrown on the rack. We love this hotel so that was a bummer. The location is perfect as there’s a grocery store next door, food and shopping a block away and the river behind the hotel is beautiful. The warm cookies and free hot coffee were so nice!

By far the best hotel we’ve stayed in. Everyone was so friendly. Jaclyn (sorry if I spelled that wrong) was extremely helpful and sent me a few texts throughout our stay to make sure our every need was met. The room was clean and well kept. So much space compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in. The view of the river below was breathtaking. Everything was hard wood from the front desk to the sinks in the bathroom. Just gave that warm cozy feeling. Dinner was delicious as well. It’s right across the street from the train station. So close you can walk to it. My husband, kids and I would give it 10 stars if we could. We will drive all the way back from Texas and stay here again! It’s that good.

This hotel has nice people - great location but it’s old and needs a remodel desperately. The beds, towels, everything needs an update. We will be going elsewhere in the future.

I stayed here and someone tried to break into my car, I told the front desk and they apologized, but still charged me 14$ for parking on the night of the incident.
My car was damaged so badly my drivers side door won’t open from the outside anymore. Why pay for parking if it’s not protected?
