Sleigh ride was a wagon ride due to limited snow, but the host of the ride was excellent and informative, telling us all about his horses, the area and his farm. Upon arriving at the cabin we were warmly welcomed by the staff. Excellent warmed biscuits were on our table, accompanied by a beef & barley soup (could have been warmer). Our steak dinners and accompanying sides were cooked perfectly and tastes excellent, as were the cocktails (in particular the Lizzie‘s mule). The apple pie should be warmed in my opinion….. ours were very cold, served on a cold skillet) The real highlight of the evening, however, was the cowboy musician who went table to table accepting requests and interacting with guests. We loved the experience!
