I made reservations without remembering why the hotel sounded so familiar. It used to be a Playboy Bunny club. So it was fun having my kids point out all the pretty bunny ladies 🤦. The hotel was very clean and updated, bar service was very friendly, and staff was accommodating and great with our kids. The pool is heated and we were able to use it even when it was 40F, but be aware it is on the roof and the winds are cold. Parking was very expensive and did not accommodate for my 4 runner, but the parking garage next door was only $17/day and easily fit taller vehicles. I do have a few negatives about the hotel: the water heater has not be upgraded and could not keep up with the need in the morning, the mattress was unbelievably cheap, and no microwave in the room. Otherwise we had a wonderful week and enjoyed our stay.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Warwick Hotel in Denver. I was charged extra fees without any clear explanation, which felt completely unfair and unprofessional. When I asked about the charges, the staff did not provide a proper reason or solution.
The hotel itself feels very outdated and overly traditional, not in a charming way but in a way that feels old and poorly maintained. It definitely did not match the expectations set online.
Another major issue is the location — it’s much farther from downtown than I expected, making it inconvenient to get around and enjoy the city.
Overall, between the unexpected charges, lack of transparency, and underwhelming facilities, I would not recommend staying here. There are much better options in Denver for the same price or less.

Lovely hotel, we stayed for 6 nights and were very happy with both the room and housekeeping. The pool was a fantastic place to relax during what was otherwise a busy week of sightseeing. The housekeeping and reception staff were genuinely lovely and excellent at their jobs.
The only downside was our experience with the restaurant/bar staff. On our first morning at breakfast, we didn’t leave a tip, as breakfast was included in our stay so we were not paying a bill so left our wallets in the room and we had planned to leave a larger tip at the end of the trip for all staff. Breakfast was largely self-service, with staff only providing coffee.
However, after that first morning, we felt noticeably ignored by the restaurant staff for the remainder of our stay. We ended up having to get our own coffee from a self-service station on the way out each day.
Despite this, we still wanted to recognise the great service from housekeeping, so we left a tip in the room with a thank-you note when we checked out.

ONLY a few DOWNSIDES
We absolutely loved almost every aspect of our stay here, the staff was WONDERFUL and so accommodating. Our rooms were very cleanly and spacious. The restaurant was super convenient and delicious. We got two free drinks with our stay which was totally awesome. Valet was totally worth it!!
The few things we didn’t like:
The rooftop pool was awesome but Pool closes too early! We were so bummed when we got kicked out of the pool around 10-10:30 at night. Also either the hot tub wasn’t working or no one opened it during the week we were there.
The beds were super comfortable and the heating and cooling system was INSANELY GOOD, it was to temp within minutes of setting it.
Also the room darkening curtains were so great for sleeping in.
Warwick is within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops so that was super awesome.
Our balcony was super spacious and enjoyable to hangout on.
The BIGGEST issue was the toilet paper. It was absolutely terrible - for a woman it just stays stuck to you. I literally had to shower myself clean from using the toilet paper. Not fun at all.
Hubby says the shower heads were a little too low for him which could be a problem for taller people.
Overall still loved our stay and would totally book again.

I recently stayed at the Warwick Denver at 1776 Grant Street for a conference, and unfortunately my experience raises serious concerns about cleanliness, service, and billing practices.
This is particularly disappointing because I also had an unresolved issue during a previous stay in 2022, when I was charged $29 for a drink I never consumed. I reported the charge at the time, but it was never removed.
During this most recent stay, the condition of the rooms was extremely poor, especially considering the high price of the hotel. The carpets were dusty and stained, and the overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. I actually became very sick during my stay and asked the front desk for an extra blanket because I was cold, but I was told the hotel did not have any blankets available. That response was surprising for a hotel charging these kinds of rates.
The hallway frequently smelled strongly like marijuana, even though the hotel states that smoking is not allowed in the rooms.
Customer service was also frustrating. I requested housekeeping because there was food in the room and I wanted it cleaned, even though I was not feeling well enough to leave. Housekeeping never came, and later I was told they could not clean the room because “no one was there,” which was inaccurate.
Eventually I was moved to another room, but that room was also dirty, with dusty carpets and poor overall condition.
Adding to the frustration, the hotel charges extremely high prices for parking—$45 for valet and $35 for self-parking—which makes the lack of cleanliness and service even harder to justify.
At this point, I hope hotel management reviews these issues seriously. Between the unresolved billing issue from my previous stay, the poor room conditions, and the lack of adequate service during this stay, I believe these concerns deserve attention and a response from the hotel.
I would appreciate hearing from management about how they plan to address these problems.
