I showed up late and the staff (especially Victoria!!) were so accommodating and kind. Victoria had a lot going on - many guests, phones ringing, lots of questions and she was on her own - she did an amazing job. I was very impressed by her ability to remain calm under pressure/stress. I am appreciative of the experience I had and of the staff making a bad day a little less horrible.

What really made our trip in Feb memorable was the customer service. I accidentally left behind my son’s “blankie” behind and that was a huge ordeal in my household because my son sleeps with that every night. Housekeeping, the staff, and especially Lana worked tirelessly to find and ship that blanket within 24hrs of reporting it lost. To say that I was amazed and thankful was an understatement. It’s customer service you wish for. Thank you Staybridge team! We will definitely keep staying here.
