Had a reservation from January (made on the IHG website), got to the hotel only to find it closed. After 10pm, our family had to find another accomodation. I received no cancellation by email from the hotel.

I honestly wish I could give this place zero stars. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were unbelievably rude and completely unhelpful from the moment we checked in. It felt like we were inconveniencing them just by being there. To make things worse, the room was disgusting — we found BED BUGS. That alone should have been enough for a full refund, but management refused to take any responsibility. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix the situation, they acted like it was no big deal. Absolutely unacceptable. And don’t be fooled by the amenities they advertise. The pool? Completely broken. No warning, no explanation — just another disappointment added to the list. This place is a joke. Poor service, unsanitary conditions, and zero accountability. Do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else.

If you like lukewarm showers, cold rooms, dirty carpet, and no housekeeping during your stay, this is the place. We stayed 3 nights on business. Our room was never touched by housekeeping even just to empty the trash or replace coffee. The heater kept resetting to 62 degrees during the day and the night. The shower faucet turned all the way to hot only produced lukewarm water the entire stay. The hallway and room carpet is terribly stained (see photos) and the bathroom tile needs a good scrubbing. The problems all seem to be things mandated from the top, not failure on the part of the actual site employees. We don't mind older hotels that are a little outdated, but this one is just not customer focused with patrons' comfort at the center of their decisions. There are several hotels in this area quite close together. We've stayed at all of them, and also at this Holiday Inn, several times. The area is busier than ever with more homeless people than ever. Sirens outside woke us up every night. We also woke up cold because the heater reset itself to 62 degrees. We expect better from Holiday Inn.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever been to. Our first room was filthy, stains everywhere on the carpets, broken cabinets, dirty bathroom, outlets didn’t work, and so much more. We then asked for another room, and it was nearly identical to the first room. To add to the list, the restaurant on site doesn’t do service after lunch, yet the website says their restaurant is open for food/drinks all day. Plenty of people in the lobby were upset, as was I since I booked the hotel hoping to get food or drinks before our night out. I then asked to get my money back and the receptionist was actually nice and receptive to my request, and she reversed the reservation. Props to her, but the rest of the hotel is not worth any amount of money. 10/10 would NOT recommend.
