Good location, convenient from Union Station. Nice restaurant attached. The lobby staff may have had a bad day, were not the most pleasant but responsive.

I thought the hotel, service and room were great. Wasn't really happy about the boutique fee of $32. It includes a free bottle of water.

My stay at Hotel Indigo was seriously impacted by the behavior of one staff member, Casey. His attitude was consistently rude and dismissive. When I requested hot water, it was not brought to the room. Instead, I was told to come downstairs at 6 AM to fill water myself—only to then be told that water was not available. This back-and-forth was frustrating and completely unnecessary. Throughout our interactions, Casey spoke with visible attitude, avoided eye contact while talking, and made simple questions feel like an inconvenience. This is not the level of hospitality or professionalism I expect from a hotel of this brand. Overall, the lack of basic service and poor customer interaction significantly lowered the quality of my stay. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses staff training and accountability.

Terrible housekeeping service. We requested a housekeeping service twice and the housekeeping staff didn’t clean up our room. Spoke to front desk in the morning to request the service and when we back in the afternoon 4 hours later, our room still not being cleaned. Reported it to front desk and was told our room will be clean later. We left for dinner and when we came back from dinner, the room still not being cleaned. File a complaint with the front desk unfortunately the hotel manager left for the day. Disappointed with the hotel service.
