He was very kind and understanding. Even the night clerk was attentive and helpful. The shuttle and parking really help make our travels with kids seamless. The rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable.

Breakfast in the morning was nice and well organized. Special thanks to Matthew Slavsky, Guest Services Manager, for his assistance and for making sure we had a shuttle ready to pick us up in the morning to catch our flight home.

I called Holliday Inn Express and the gentleman took his time and walked me through my options and reminded me I could save money with my IHG membership (Which I forgot I had from years ago!) I was able to book a King room for a reasonable price. But I was scared the shuttle couldn't pick me up (Christmas and all)! He was with me on the phone for at least half an hour guiding me through where to go in the Airport to pick up the shuttle and even stuck with me on the phone on the train between terminals to the pick up spot to make sure I was OK! The shuttle still runs every half hour! Thanks to that driver! The front staff were really kind and smiling working Christmas night! Huge sacrifice being away from family, etc. for them. The hotel was very clean sanitary and updated design. I was shocked... I was expecting something well worn down from weary travelers... it was hip, upscale and modern in design! Huge thank you and kudos to their whole operation start to finish taking care of this Father trying to go get his kids! I was able to rest easy and get the shuttle for my flight back to the airport the next morning! Awesome service and attention to detail and care for me in a bind!

Our plane was delayed so had to call to ensure my vehicle would not get towed. Then to get a shuttle we waited, exhausted, and cold after a cruise to tropical islands returning to the cold weather with a shuttle that couldn't find us. We were on the luggage side of the building but apparently they only drop.off and pick up in the same spot. We finally got a lyft after being told we did not get shuttle service back, then told we do, however we couldn't find the proper door to find the shuttle. What a frustrating situation. We were told multiple things only to get upset and then the hotel refunded the lyft cost and the tip for the driver. It should never take hours to leave the airport after a long day.
