    Hey this is room 774. You told us to call the front desk if we needed our room temperature to be changed. It's 27 degrees outside. Our room is 63 degrees. We called twice tonight March 14th and left messages as there was no one answering the phone. Please change our room temp to a minimum of 70 degrees. Btw it's currently 10:36pm!

    We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Denver Downtown. Gianni was amazing and helped us with an early check-in and even upgraded our room because of a small inconvenience and for being members, which we really appreciated after traveling. The breakfast was great every morning and the service throughout our stay was excellent. When we were leaving, Thomas and Justina were also incredibly helpful and helped us with a late checkout, making our departure much easier. Overall, the staff went above and beyond. Huge thank you to Gianni, Thomas, and Justina for the exceptional hospitality. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Denver!

From the moment I arrived, Justina demonstrated extraordinary kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. It’s beyond rare to encounter hotel staff who are not only efficient, but truly dedicated to making every guest feel valued and welcomed. She went above and beyond in every interaction — attentive, thoughtful, and always ready with a warm smile. Her level of customer service sets a standard that many in the hospitality industry strive for but seldom achieve. Justina doesn’t just do her job — she elevates the entire guest experience.     El aire acondicionado no funciona. La solucion son excusas y darte un abanico que no se sostiene derechos pues no tienen las bases. No hay interes en resolverle al cliente. El segundo dia de mis vacaciones y tengo que cambiar mi agenda para cambiar de hotel y esperar a que me devuelvan el dinero. La localidad es buena y el espacio en la habitacion. Todo lo demas no sirve. Casi todos los clientes se estan quejando del mismo problema del aire acondicionado.

    We stayed this past weekend, when temperatures were below freezing. Upon arrival, we were surprised to see they only offer valet parking ($49/night). During check in, Omar casually let us know that there was an issue with the central heating and cooling system, and so we cannot control the temperature in our room, and that there are no space heaters available, but we can get extra blankets if we need them. There were no sodas or bottled water available in the “market” area. They had some snacks, but zero beverages available. The shower took 20+ minutes to heat up to an adequate (not ice cold) temperature, that was tolerable for showering. Not convenient when you’re in a time crunch trying to get to a reservation, and had no idea the time you set aside to shower was taken up by letting the water heat up. Oh, and if you don’t hold your room key and touch the elevator floor button in an exact manner, you’ll get stuck and the doors won’t open or close, until someone presses an elevator call button to summon the elevator. The location was good. But we won’t be staying there again. I’d rather spend an extra $50/night and be comfortable with the basic conveniences.
