- JJJessieLynn3 days ago1.0DO NOT STAY HERE IN THE WINTER… or maybe at all, they do not have heat in the building. My room is 55°, they ran out of plug in heaters. Also the lobby is probably just as cold as our room is. There should be some type of standard all IHG hotels have to meet, and this hotel would fail all standards. It seems like according to other reviews this has been a problem for a long time, and nothing has been done about it. Going to try to report it to cooperate Instead of the hotel itself.

The fitness room is very good, well-equipped. It is somewhat close in the center of most of attractions in downtown area. Interestingly, no subway or train service in the city but just busses. I appreciated Gianni's help and signing me up for rewards + early 30 min check-in time. The breakfast options were good but no dairy free options for milk products. Could do even better with gluten free options. Overall, it was a slightly better than average experience. Would book again if visiting again.

El agua de la regadera con mucha presión, me encantó. La habitación muy limpia, cuenta con caja fuerte y TV. La ubicación está super, cerca se encuentra un tarjet, Starbucks, plazas y lugares de comida. Por la mañana abre el buffet, los alimentos son ricos y la vista a la calle me pareció linda. El personal es muy amable, cabe mencionar que cuenta con estacionamiento, aunque el pago por el servicio es adicional.

Reward members get early check in & discount on valet parking. We paid $44 for overnight parking per day. You can come and go as you please. We booked a standard room which was on the small side but we made it work. You can’t control the temperature in your room. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
