Cool experience 😎 when you walk in and see the place it's self.. but then you pay 15 dollars to park ok cool ... Then it's 15 dollars a person to have a Continental breafest buffet. That they don't tell you when checking in.
but that was after you stay in a very out dated building/room the water pressure sucked and was bearly warm water in the shower and I had such a bad head ach and couldn't take a hot shower :( I was up most the night fighting it .. the room it self was out dated but clean for what it was .the hot tub was half empty and under maintained .. this could of been a really awesome experience but maybe I missed something. The view and the balcony was awesome..

Not a great place to stay - all rooms are on outside of building, so a lot of noise from Quebec street. Got woken up in the morning by a fire alarm. I did enjoy the fitness center and free washer/dryer.

Convenient location. Building is easy to navigate. Friendly, professional front desk attendant. Our 8th floor room was comfortable; though the bathroom was cramped. We had a shower/tub combo. Unfortunately, the water temperature never rose above lukewarm, and I couldn’t use the tub because it started leaking from the wall onto the floor.
Our stay was quiet and incredibly affordable.

Expect terrible service. The front desk ladies working last night 12/26 were some of the rudest I’ve ever encountered at any establishment. The website does not say anything about ESA animals. They state “secured parking” which is also a lie- it is not secured, there are literally homeless folks living in the parking lot. After driving 13 hours to get here, being greeted the way we were and also not allowed to stay I will never book a holiday inn again. The renaissance down the street has actual secured parking, and fabulous front desk/service for maybe $10 more. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

Tons of street walkers around the building. Claim to have secured parking. It’s not secured. They have a little solar cam in the back of the property. Front desk staff was rude from the moment walked up. Place was empty and two lady’s were just upfront chatting. Guess doing their job was too difficult… don’t waste your money
