If you like lukewarm showers, cold rooms, dirty carpet, and no housekeeping during your stay, this is the place. We stayed 3 nights on business. Our room was never touched by housekeeping even just to empty the trash or replace coffee. The heater kept resetting to 62 degrees during the day and the night. The shower faucet turned all the way to hot only produced lukewarm water the entire stay. The hallway and room carpet is terribly stained (see photos) and the bathroom tile needs a good scrubbing. The problems all seem to be things mandated from the top, not failure on the part of the actual site employees. We don't mind older hotels that are a little outdated, but this one is just not customer focused with patrons' comfort at the center of their decisions. There are several hotels in this area quite close together. We've stayed at all of them, and also at this Holiday Inn, several times. The area is busier than ever with more homeless people than ever. Sirens outside woke us up every night. We also woke up cold because the heater reset itself to 62 degrees. We expect better from Holiday Inn.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever been to. Our first room was filthy, stains everywhere on the carpets, broken cabinets, dirty bathroom, outlets didn’t work, and so much more. We then asked for another room, and it was nearly identical to the first room. To add to the list, the restaurant on site doesn’t do service after lunch, yet the website says their restaurant is open for food/drinks all day. Plenty of people in the lobby were upset, as was I since I booked the hotel hoping to get food or drinks before our night out. I then asked to get my money back and the receptionist was actually nice and receptive to my request, and she reversed the reservation. Props to her, but the rest of the hotel is not worth any amount of money. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

This place is huge with a huge atrium.Central elevators that you must enter from the parking lot or the parking garage, which is quite a walk. There are no suites with sofa beds. The biggest trim you can get is one with two balconies, but there's no table and chairs out on the balconies. So they're kind of wasted space. The shower water was one temperature.Couldn't change cold or hot. That was very strange. The toilet water was hot, so when you flushed it, your butt sweat. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel seemed to breathe. There was this constant sound of a roaring of breathing in and out all night that came from somewhere. We never could figure it out. The small bathroom is actually quite usable.Because you don't have a lot of space to walk around. You just turn around. The shower has great water pressure, and it's neither hard nor soft water. The television is a bit older, but the picture is good. There's an extra chair and a chair. And desk in the room that we were in... Corner room with two queen beds with large balcony. This is a no-frills place to stay. No free breakfast did not eat in the restaurant. So cannot give you a review on that.
