They called 1 day ahead of a family appointment we’d scheduled for just after Christmas to say several of their facilities were down; we were disappointed, but re-scheduled for New Year’s weekend. They then called only 1 HOUR ahead of the re-scheduled appointment to say some facilities were still down; they didn’t offer a discount until I argued with them, and then it was minimal at best. I don’t expect magic as regards maintenance; I do expect being notified on a better timeline, especially from the Four Seasons. Needless to say, after that much frustration, the point of the spa day for our family (relaxation, trying to start the new year off on the right foot) had been obviated, and we cancelled. As a Four Seasons employee from Hawaii, I had high expectations, and the Denver location did not disappoint! From the moment we arrived, we were treated with warmth and genuine hospitality. Isabella at the front desk was incredibly accommodating and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed. Kevin, our bellman and valet, provided excellent service, and his recommendations were greatly appreciated. The hotel surprised us with an awesome room, complete with champagne and a cake gift, which made our stay feel extra special. Our room was spacious, and the beds were super comfy, making it the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. Even though our time was brief, the attentiveness of the staff truly made us feel special. We can’t wait to return to the Four Seasons on our next visit to Colorado!

I left my watch and bracelet there just now, and the security agent, Jessica, was able to retrieve it for me. I'm so grateful because they were heirlooms and I would have been devastated had staff not turned them in. Another reason to stay at FS is the level of service, trust, hospitality. Thank you ❤️
