  Can’t speak on the Hotel much, more so a specific employee. Tasia (spelling) quite literally saved my life as I’m using truck share 24/7. She welcomed me into the hotel while waiting on truck instructions, and I watched her bust her butt doing 18 things at one time, delivered great customer service to everyone I witnessed. She’s a star and deserves a raise, I wish there were more folks like her. Great job!

  This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. From the stunning lobby to our gorgeous two queen suite with a balcony and high ceilings. This was the first time I ever took a bunch of photos of a room the second I walked in. Our bathroom was so pretty that I now need to renovate my bathroom at home! Thoughtful amenities (amazing in-room coffee, lovely toiletries, ginger/lemon ice water, a 24 hour cafe with wines and nibbles...) The staff were kind and helpful, the entire hotel was spotless and overwhelmingly beautiful, and I have never slept in a comfier bed in my life. If I ever find myself in Denver again, I will make a beeline to this hotel. Thank you for making our last night of vacation one for the books! <3

  Tasia (I hope I spelled that right, she was working Halloween morning/afternoon 2025) helped us out when we first got to Denver. I talked to someone last night about checking in early and they didnt seem interested in ensuring we got in early so I was apprehensive. Our flight was long, we didnt get any sleep, we were weary from traveling and just wanted to check in even an hour early. I called once we touched down and she said "dont worry about anything we will make this work and get you checked in early." She made our dreams come true, she not only made sure we got our room almost 4 hours early but she was kind and made us feel like we were back home. Thank you so much for everything you did for us!

  the hotel and service was nice and top notch. rooms were clean. however when I parked in the back during my stay and was alone sitting in my vehicle getting stuff ready to go to my room , I noticed a homeless man that was first trying to get into the dumpster , then went behind my vehicle trying to open my back door until he noticed I was sitting in there, then went on through the parking lot checking other cars if they were locked. not even 200 yards next to the hotel are a bunch of homeless hanging out under the bridge which are just not nice to deal with. like I said nothing wrong with the hotel itself i felt safe inside , however not so much in the parking lot

  The hotel is aesthetically pleasing but dirty. My first experience was with check in, the lady who attended to me asked me to pay, then I told her I'd paid several weeks ago and showed her proof before she asked for help from her colleague. I checked into Room 176 and found a bottle on the floor of the room. To my surprise it was still there upon my return it. I informed the chubby guy with a bun at the reception that my room wasn't cleaned, he asked if I made any request, told him I didn't know I had to ask. The room was eventually "cleaned" on Saturday but only the bed was laid and the bin empty. The bottle was picked up but the cover was left there as probably "souvenir" for me😂😂😂 Anyways, the floor wasn't cleaned from Friday till Tuesday morning I left. Having traveled from across the Atlantic Ocean, it's the most unpleasant experience I've had from traveling around. I could over look the broken microwave but not cleanliness and the cleverly dismissive attitude of Mr Chubby with a Bun
