  Flew in for the weekend and got a great deal. Close to the airport and a main drag with restaurants and stores. Mountain view rooms on the third and fourth floors. Two queen beds. Very clean. Wonderful kitchenette! Very kind staff. Ihg hotel is a plus. Bar by the lobby. Continental breakfast. Snacks for purchase and hot coffee and tea and water always available in the lobby as well. Would return again. Thank you for a great stay.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. After checking out, I realized I had left my battery pack charging on the bedside dresser. I contacted the hotel shortly afterward, but housekeeping said they did not find anything. I am certain about where I left it, which is extremely frustrating. What made the situation worse was the attitude of the front desk staff. Instead of showing understanding or making any effort to assist, they were dismissive and rude. There was no empathy or willingness to help look further into the matter. I will never stay here again.

  TL;DR: Paid for a King‑Bed Suite, got a two‑queen room after key issues and a “fully booked” claim. Management offered no apology or refund, calling it an “upgrade.” Avoid this hotel if you expect to get the room you book. When I paid extra for a King‑Bed Suite, I expected to get exactly the room I’d chosen. Instead, a string of service failures turned what should have been a comfortable stay into a frustrating ordeal. At check‑in the first problem appeared: my room key wouldn’t work. That alone was inconvenient, but it was only the start. The front desk then told me the hotel was “completely booked,” so my reservation was effectively cancelled. I was moved to a two‑queen room—nothing like the suite I’d paid for. Technical glitches happen, but the way manager Jessica Quintana handled it made things worse. After a series of emails, management doubled down: they offered no refund, no apology, and tried to spin the situation as an “upgrade.” She pointed out the mountain view and the extra beds, but those perks don’t replace the specific room I deliberately selected and paid a premium for. The problem isn’t just the room change; it’s the lack of respect for a guest’s clear preferences and the expectation that a paid reservation should be honored. Throughout our email exchange, management’s stance stayed the same: - No acknowledgment of any mistake - Vague justifications based on internal pricing rules - A flat refusal to offer any compensation or reimbursement Bottom line: If you want the room you book and pay for, steer clear of this hotel. You could end up in a room you didn’t want, with management insisting you be grateful for their “mistake.” Save yourself the hassle and choose somewhere else.

  I was very pleasantly surprised about how nice my stay was at this hotel. The rooms are very nice and the service was fantastic. Shoutout to the front desk for being so welcoming and accommodating. Easily one of the best airport hotels I’ve stayed at and would definitely sta here again.
