  There is a $12 parking fee, and the fridge in the room I had was not cold. If this is a stop between airplanes you’ll be fine. Road trips not so much.

  Hotel is located close to DIA and this is very convienent for traveling. Excellent customer service at checkin. Hotel was clean. Rooms are nice. Only issue is that the hotel was loud.

  Depends on what your needs are. Rooms are great, hotel is clean and modern, decent night's sleep for an airport hotel. We always leave too early for breakfast, so can't comment on that. If you're staying here for an airport shuttle, which many people who stay at airport hotels are, this is not a great choice. Checked into the hotel, dropped off rental car, and called the hotel for shuttle as front desk suggested. Then waited at the airport for shuttle back to hotel - for ONE HOUR. Two other hotel drivers came over to clarify who I was waiting for; after 35 minutes I called again and was told driver is getting gas, and traffic is bad, will be there soon. Yet every other Tower Rd hotel had circled around at least twice so how bad was traffic? At one hour a Hilton shuttle stopped and said "Avid? Come come with me." When I finally got back and asked the front desk about what was going on (never been dropped off at IHG property by Hilton shuttle), they said they "hate it when they're put in this situation". Leads me to believe mine was not a one-off experience. If you're parking your own car - note that the daily rate is $12, not $10 as noted on their website. Next time we'll just look for the best hotel rate with good reviews, and take an Uber instead of being IHG loyal.

  This hotel is very average, not messy enough to be a big problem but definitely enough to notice. The room was generally clean, though there were small signs that things could have been cleaned more throughly. The coffee station in the lobby was unkempt and the lids did not fit on the cups. Anytime I walked through the lobby throughout my stay I would see at least some small wrappers/papers on the floor. For some reason they charge for parking overnight. It was definitely one of the cheaper options when I was selecting a hotel, so I guess you get what you pay for.

  It’s a very clean hotel and the rooms are simple. The bathroom is very spacious compared to any other hotel and the water push is AMAZING! There’s still an alarm clock and tons of space to put your stuff. The tv is one of the biggest ones that I have seen in a hotel and your phone can hook right up to it! The front desk workers were exceptionally nice and even let me check in and hour early! Love this Hotel! I forgot to add, but what set this place apart from other hotels is the curtain is a full pull down covering that doesn’t let any sunlight in unlike other hotels that always have gaps everywhere! It is probably the best feature only barely beating out the amazing water pressure in the shower!
