  The room was surprisingly shabby and dirty. The couch in the room was soiled and torn and the walls were damaged in several spots. The bathroom grout was black and mildew was all over the bottom of the shower. Each floor had a filter water station and the filter life indicator was in red on all floors meaning they don’t get service often or at all. We’ve stayed in cleaner hotels near DIA and won’t be returning to this one.

  My biggest issue was being charged for parking and the way that the staff handled the situation. I was very happy that when we arrived there was a line of customers and the manager came out and helped get the line moving. She greeted us fine, but continued to check texts on her watch during the check in period. She then asked if we would be taking the shuttle to the airport and I told her we had a car we were returning in the morning, she then told me there was a $15 parking fee. This was not shown on the website while I was making the reservation, nor was it posted anywhere at the hotel while we were checking in. I asked her about this and she smiled and said that our room was not refundable and we could choose to do what we wanted. We ended up paying the fee, and was given a pass to put in the window of our car. The next morning, I happened to walk around the parking lot to see only 3 passes in car windows out of 23 cars in the lot...felt like we got taken on this one. She also did not explain to us how the lights worked in the room, good luck with trying to figure out that you have to use your room card to turn the lights on while you are in the dark. The location to the airport was outstanding. We had a "mini-suite", it was clean but was extremely small (I would say smaller than the average IHG hotel room). The breakfast was standard fair, but not a good as other chains. I am all for trying new hotels, but will stick to those with more proven track records.

  Nice modern clean and great size showers easy location to Denver airport. Staff was friendly.

  Flew in for the weekend and got a great deal. Close to the airport and a main drag with restaurants and stores. Mountain view rooms on the third and fourth floors. Two queen beds. Very clean. Wonderful kitchenette! Very kind staff. Ihg hotel is a plus. Bar by the lobby. Continental breakfast. Snacks for purchase and hot coffee and tea and water always available in the lobby as well. Would return again. Thank you for a great stay.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. After checking out, I realized I had left my battery pack charging on the bedside dresser. I contacted the hotel shortly afterward, but housekeeping said they did not find anything. I am certain about where I left it, which is extremely frustrating. What made the situation worse was the attitude of the front desk staff. Instead of showing understanding or making any effort to assist, they were dismissive and rude. There was no empathy or willingness to help look further into the matter. I will never stay here again.
