    Best Western Staff, Our stay has been spectacular. We historically stay at Marriott hotels and Embassy Suites. A few years ago we decided to stay at a Best Western Plus and were not disappointed. If there is a Best Western in the city where we are staying, we book it. Our stay here at Best Western Grande River Inn has been wonderful. First, the room was spotless and well stocked. The staff was ultra friendly and showed continuous care for us. They went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable and weren’t in need of anything. I was extra impressed with the cleanliness of the grounds. I was surprised to see someone constantly working in the courtyard, cleaning and caring for the grounds. The place has a very welcoming feel and, again, the staff is great. We will definitely stay here again when we visit this area next. Thank you, BW!

    Got charged a fine for smoking when I let the employee in my room, and even after she said it was ok…. Not happy at ALL, won’t be coming back I think ever!

    Stayed at Best Western and arrived to find the pool and hot tub out of order with no warning. The front desk didn’t offer any help or option to cancel the reservation. When we got to our room, the bathroom was dirty with fecal residue in the toilet and liquid on the seat, so we had to clean it ourselves before using it. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

    honestly, my husband and i were in a pinch and we needed somewhere to stop. our baby was screaming and we didn’t want to travel anymore, even though we were only halfway to our destination. i was a little worried about stopping at a best western in the middle of nowhere, but when we walked in i felt so much better! it’s clean and cute. there’s a little courtyard, so the rooms are technically outside, but all facing in. the room was nice and cozy, and breakfast was fine, as hotel breakfasts are. i was worried it’d be sketchy, but i was very pleasantly surprised! we’ll probably stick with best westerns in the future (:
