Our expectations however, were far exceeded to say the least. Great location, clean, lovely rooms. The receptionist Jemiyah was extremely helpful and gave us a great mountain view and directions to the concert venue we were going to. Most of Denver sucks but this place is worth it

The entire hotel smells like random glade plug ins , very dirty throughout. Our towels smelled sour, bathrooms were dirty , floors dirty. Breakfast is normally a staple of Staybridge and it was disappointing and cold. To top it all off the inspection on the elevator is EXPIRED! Staff was very nice but they have some serious upgrades needed in this place because it’s run down but hey if you like popcorn ceilings this is the place for you!
- XXXavierOct 7, 20251.0TERRIBLE HOTEL WORSE IHG PROPERTY I HAVE EVER STAYED AT I AM A BUSINESS OWNER MYSELF TRUCKING COMPANY AND WE VALUE RESPECT AND PROFESSIONALISM CHECKED IN WITH MY SON OVERHEARD THE GENERAL MANAGER SPEAKING OR VENTING TO HER STAFF ABOUT NON RELATED IHG PERSONAL MATTERS RIGHT IN FRONT OF GUEST LOUD ENOUGH TO BE HEARD SHE WAS VERY RUDE AT DESK LOOKED IRRITATED TO BE AT WORK TO WELCOME GUEST THE ROOMS NEED MAJOR THERAPY STAINS ON MY LINEN HEAT DIDNT WORK AND THEY ALLOW DOGS ALL OVER THERE HOTEL WITH NO QUIET SECTIONS FOR GUEST TO ACTUALLY GET REST I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE IN COLORADO AND IHG IS A GREAT BRAND THIS PROPERTY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND REHIRED.
