- JJJFeb 20, 20261.0Parks Residential is a horrible place if you care about your vehicles and safety. This place is ridden with criminals who engage in drug dealing, prostitution and vehicle theft. My truck was broken into in the summer of 2023 and the landlord Aaron Williams told me tough luck. If you have a doorbell camera prepare to have it spit on by management, maintenance and staff. My car was vandalized February 19th and the management said their security cameras were not working and I filed a police report with the Arapahoe Sheriff's Department so we will see what happens. The head manager Kathy Lyles claims the security cameras were not recording. I believe that is a lie. We shall see if Arapahoe Sheriff's department can obtain the security footage as my camera was available to be seen by the security camera. The vehicle was vandalized in a handicap spot to a disabled veteran. The management will make up lies about you as well and provide no proof. Michael Malone is probably the worst to deal with as the only things that come out of his mouth are lies. Also if you stay here make sure to have security cameras as maintenance and management enter residences without proper notice. This place is also being taken over by undocumented individuals just like the apartments in Aurora, Colorado. Very unsafe and not family friendly.

I believe after reading the reviews I will not want to live at this place with my family. Dogs everywhere, people had no respect that when dogs are coming try and keep a distance esp if your dog does not want to be around them. So thank you all for the update on this, I believe I will pass on this area
