- KMKevin MorrisSep 20, 20255.0This really is a well appointed room with everything you need for a longer stay. Unfortunately, I was only here for one night but I am so glad I stayed here. They thought of everything. Fridge, freezer, overhead microwave, dishes of all types, sink AND dishwasher. There's a couch (love seat perhaps?) with ottoman, an actual desk with a fantastic ergonomic chair. They have all the smaller things too. Silverware, iron & ironing board, hair dryer etc. There's also a little in-lobby market area and the gym is top-tier. I will DEFINITELY stay here again!

- RERebekah EvansSep 3, 20252.0We checked in for three nights, late check in at 8:00 pm. While my husband checked-in, I got a cup of tea for us, but the water was lukewarm. Knowing there was a microwave in the room, i knew I could heat it up. The microwave in room428- was dirty, with an old paper towel and coffee stains. I thought - ok-that could be easily missed- but then I found hair in the bathroom sink- so I told my husband to check the bed ~as if it want clean we were moving & complaining. It was clean/ so we stayed. The next morning- there was hair in the shower-so by now I was grossed out. When we came back- the room had not not been cleaned- (so I did it) and then received a letter ‘the housekeeping staff was off for the holiday- the next day- so we had no one to. Ask for help. I was going to complain to the GM- but there was never a contact. I was very disappointed- as I used to be the executive director of a lodging association - and know how hard this job is. That unfortunately- does not help the cleanliness happen.
