- HTHeeb TaharaDec 29, 20252.0Housekeeper tossed/stole my nighttime meds. No it wasn’t a mistake. No I didn’t misplace them. Left 3 doses on the nightstand. The last night, they’re gone. Pouch clearly had colored meds in it. Other items were still in place minus the meds. FYI: don’t leave any meds or anything you absolutely cannot do without. Because they will sprout legs and disappear.

His level of professionalism was higher than what we typically experience at comparable hotels. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff in the restaurant on Saturday morning and evening were such welcoming and attentive ladies. There is no doubt that we are changing to this hotel from now on for our frequent trips to Denver. Thank you for giving us such a great place to lay our heads for the weekend.

The staff is friendly and professional. There is a restaurant inside which was great for us because we had been on the road for 13 hours and we didn’t want to go and hunt for dinner. The food was DELICIOUS! They even had a veggie burger which was awesome! I’m vegan and that can be a real nightmare on the road. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. Going the extra mile, the staff left us a gift basket and a handwritten card as a warm welcome for being Gold Elite members. Definitely recommend this hotel when traveling through Denver. We’ll be back!

On the first day, I declined housekeeping because I was working and asked them to come the next day. On the second day, I left for work, and I noticed housekeeping was cleaning the room right next to mine—but they still didn’t service my room or even empty the trash.
