    I have stayed at this Hampton Inn property many times and have never experienced customer service this disappointing. Unfortunately, this stay was defined not just by a technical issue, but by extremely poor management response and a complete lack of empathy toward guests. We experienced ongoing problems during our stay that significantly impacted our ability to use the hotel as intended. I brought the issue to the attention of the day shift staff, expecting assistance or at least professional follow-up. Instead, the situation escalated into an uncomfortable and unacceptable experience. The day shift employee repeatedly called my room multiple times without any legitimate reason after our conversation. The calls felt unnecessary and crossed the line into harassment, making me feel extremely uncomfortable rather than supported as a guest. What made matters worse was management’s lack of responsiveness. Phone calls went unanswered, emails took days to receive a response, and meaningful follow-up only occurred after I had to pursue escalation myself. At no point did management demonstrate empathy or ownership of the situation. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome, safe, and valued. Unfortunately, this stay reflected the opposite — poor communication, lack of accountability, and unprofessional customer service. I hope Hampton Inn leadership reviews how this property handles guest concerns because the experience fell far below the standards typically associated with the brand.

    This is a great hotel. There are many great things about it. Housekeeping is good, coffee is hot and fresh at most hours, and the staff are very helpful. I have been here a week so far and may be here another two weeks. Over this week I have come and gone at various hours and interacted with many of the great staff here. One in particular that I believe makes this location my new hub for Denver, is Garret. Garret gets Hospitality. His interactions are always professional, cordial, and objective. I have seen him interact with many guests as well. No change in interactions with any guest despite the range of emotional disposition they may be experiencing with him. Hampton and Hilton, I would be proud to have an associate that embodies hospitality like Garret. Thank you for this great place and wonderful staff.

    Don't get me wrong. The rooms weren't bad. Just both elevators were broken when we stayed here. And we were up on the fourth floor having to haul all of our luggage up four flights of stairs. And the breakfast is kind of meh. Otherwise it wasn't terrible.

    The room was nice and the location was good. The gentleman at the counter was great. The only real down side was the noisy floors. Lots of squeaks, pops, and groans. It made it feel more like an old house than it needed too.
