  Don't get me wrong. The rooms weren't bad. Just both elevators were broken when we stayed here. And we were up on the fourth floor having to haul all of our luggage up four flights of stairs. And the breakfast is kind of meh. Otherwise it wasn't terrible.

  The room was nice and the location was good. The gentleman at the counter was great. The only real down side was the noisy floors. Lots of squeaks, pops, and groans. It made it feel more like an old house than it needed too.

  My husband and I work crazy schedules so once a month we book hotels nearby for a weekend to relax and hangout. We used to go to holiday inn express but on one occasion we decided to try this Hampton Inn since the price point was similar, and we thought a change of scene would be nice. My first experience was amazing the clerk to checked us in Garret was helpful and friendly. He was busy with getting some sports teams families checked and situated but he did great with the getting through and taking care of everyone. After his amazing customer service and the comfortable rooms (hot showers here are the best) we decided this was going to be our new staycation place. Since then, we have stayed here at least 5x times. Everyone is so nice from cleaning services and front staff until this weekend's stay. I have to say i do choose my battles because my given name is Karen and I hate to be THAT Karen. But when service is so bad you have to say something. Especially when its out of the normal. I tried to check in as normal, but this time the clerk assisting me Taylor was rude and said i could not check in with my digital ID, she said it was against policy but id like to mention i have stayed her many times and had my normal ID and my Colorado app (which is supposed to accepted everywhere here in Colorado including the airport, banks, casinos) she said she would not check me in but if i waited 15 min the next clerk could. Why would it be okay for her coworker to do it but not her? She gruffly told me this was not the airport but i could wait for him. i went home and got my ID and thankfully Garret was there to apologize for his colleague's poor customer service. Sometimes it's not what you say but it's how you say it. She needs a class on how to talk to customers. I am not sure if she is a new addition to your staff, but she so far has been the worst. Everyone else very pleasant. There was another gentlemen who helped me switch rooms last night and was super helpful i wish i got his name but i was so sleepy the room in 425 has a very loud ac/heating unit so we did not get much sleep he was able to move me to the room next door and we had a great rest of our three day stay there. I hope the manager will reach out to me regarding this feedback.

  I absolutely LOVED the room I was in, it was fancy and clean and spacious. Overall just great location, convenient and easy to get to. Nice and peaceful area, quiet and safe. 10/10

  Nice room and bathroom with basic furniture, hotel is clean throughout. Very small selection of breakfast options. Water for the room is chargeable.
