This place is only good for people with kids who have tournaments in the area i’ll just say that. if you’re traveling for work or on vacation this is not the place for you. the time i went there was so many tournaments going on they didn’t mention that usually common courtesy. Not to mention only one elevator worked and the staff allowed the kids to play ding dong ditch & we were waiting FOREVER to get on the elevator. also in the elevator it stopped at every floor. also the fact that when you tried taking the stairs abunch of kids were running up and down them for fun where were their parents??? idk but it’s kinda hard to haul luggage’s up 7 flights of stairs trying to dodge bratty kids. also waking up at 6 in the morning because kids wanna be running around bright and early and i’m not even kidding you! the most annoying experience i’ve ever had. also when it came down to breakfast there was no seating. breakfast was all out and you couldn’t take it up to the room because everyone tries to cram in one elevator because there only is 1 ELEVATOR. hate this place and will never be be back and i don’t think any of you should waste your time.

honestly one of the worst stays I’ve had with a hotel. To start my room was very minimally “cleaned” shortly after that incident I called to ask if “room service” could bring me two plastic forks to which the told me it is an extra fee for them to bring ANYTHING to the room. Later I called for a towel and they said it would take upwards of 2 hours for the towel. Then later that night I came to ask if they had a pair of scissors I could use. They said they couldn’t find them but nonetheless did not even get up and attempt to look for them. Finally free drink tickets were being given however drinks were only valid 5-7 as well as they were watered down. Overall I’m honestly dissapointed at the level on inconvenience and inconsideration this hotel showed me on my stay. This is a place people come to relax and spend a lot of money on these rooms. Dissapointed and will not be returning. Terrible service!

I really wanna make this clear. It’s not the hotel‘s fault that there were so many children in adolescence roaming the hotel however, it did become very aggravating and overwhelming. The fact that you try to get on the elevator and children get on and they push every button so what would normally take you 3 to 5 minutes to get somewhere? Take you good 20 minutes and on top of that inside the elevator it had dog food spread all over it and non-to mention it was severely overcrowded. They do have a swimming pool however it’s really small and it’s not even heated so it’s very cold and it was taken over by the children. However, to be optimistic about the situation they did have a in-store little shop. They had some really good snacks there that you could purchase and the staff were truly nice and the maids were wonderful, but to be honest with you I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Embassy Suites in general are not CLOSE to what they used to be. We decided it would be fun to go out for Valentine's and spend the night at the Tech Center location. 1st surprise: NOW it's 20 bucks a night to park. It's the same open, unprotected outside lot they had 30 years ago, they've just decided they're not nailing you for enough so boom, 20 bucks extra. Next up, their "Evening Reception" which not that long ago was a pretty good spread of light food. Last night, on Valentine's Day? Cheese cubes and crackers...that's it. Oh and 3 kinds of trail mix!!! Thankfully we went out to dinner and didn't waste our money on their in-house restaurant. Came back to the room...and the bed was like laying on bricks! And SUPER cheap bedding, a blanket and a cheap cover, that's it. We must have turned a hundred times, one of the worst hotel beds we've ever slept on, ever. Woke up, went to breakfast and MORE disappointment, limited selections, NOTHING very good or creative and they RATION bacon!!! I mean, 210 bucks a night, and they have to ration bacon?! Yikes...and the icing on the cake was only 2 of the 3 elevators worked, it could and usually did take 15 minutes to get to the 9th Floor and 15 minutes to get back down. The chain used to be KNOWN for their "Embassy Suites Breakfast". We would have done better at McDonald's, better options and fresher. We'll be looking elsewhere for the next Night Out.
