  My friend and i stayed here for 5 nightz they first night was horroble when we went to 229 whoch was "supposed" to be the deaf friendly but when i walked in it s m elled like a sewer. They got us up to the 5th floor which was decent. The reason for the 2 stars is because the parking was 20.00 and even the food they offer for vending was like 5.00 to 10.00. I dont think that i would want to say here again since that reason. Parents I would suggest if you are bringing your children make sure they mind you because the kids that were running around was awful. The parents just let them do what they wanted to do.

  Stayed 8 days and had a great time with family. Room was clean, and felt amazing. Had a great time at the pool, water was the perfect temperature to swim in. Beds were clean, comfortable, and had the right amount of blankets to keep warm. Overall had an amazing time.

  We stayed here last night on New Year’s Eve. The cook didn’t show up for the restaurant so we weren’t able to order food, the bar closed at 9 PM without even a last call! On New Year’s Eve! There were kids playing football in the atrium and they started blowing the noise makers and screaming around the same time. The staff did nothing. On a positive note; the staff was very friendly and breakfast, as usual, was delicious. We have been to this hotel dozens of times in the past 30 years and this was the first time we were really disappointed. It was too bad, this all happened on New Year’s Eve.

  This is a great hotel! Our suite was very nice and very clean.. just a bit dated. The location is great, in a very safe area of Denver. The bottom floor has a great common space where you can hang out, play games and enjoy drinks from the bar. Your stay does come with drink tickets too! There is a great indoor pool, but sadly no hot tub. The gym is very nice as well! My only complaint... The restaurant! The prices were very very high and the food was poor quality. The convenience of the restaurant is amazing .. so maybe with some improvements it can be great! HOWEVER.. THE COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST IS AMAZING 😍

  Everything about staying here was great! The suites are very nice. I live that the living room is separated from the bedroom. What's even better is the fact that you can close the door between the two and have privacy! The extra pull out bed was a great feature! Good thing, because we needed it! All the amenities in the room were great! It's so convenient to have a refrigerator and a microwave in a room! Especially with kids! The layout of the room was great, although the view from our room could have been better. There is a building blocking the view of the mountains. I'm sure if we were higher up, we might've been able to see them. The indoor pool was a great touch! It was perfect to distract the kids while we waited. The complimentary drinks and snacks, before dinner, are another great perk of staying here! Just the right amount to help you unwind after a long day. The breakfast buffet was also a great perk! There were so many good choices! Made to order omlets, scrambled eggs, potatoes, toast, bagels, cereal, and so much more. I loved staying here and without a doubt would definitely stay again! All staff were very kind and helpful. We stayed in December, so the Christmas decorations were a nice touch!
