  Poor business service. The front desk manager on 4/23/26 and 4/25/26 in the morning has no customer service or multi-tasking skills. She will literally tell you your taking up too much of her time when the computer reboots tp change an ink cartridge and will huff and puff in your face. Then on 4/25/26 she said next time ask her to restock the cups and lids from the cabinet for the coffee and when you apologize she rips into you more.per haps a lock on the cabinet would help if she doesn't want you to help your self at the hep your self coffee station in the lobby. It hadnt been restocked since the shift before and she could clearly see as she was right there that it needed to be. But who wants to ask her for anything when she has such a poor attitude when anyone asks for anything. Unless you are a man and tipping her privately she is abhorrent to work with. She refused to give me her name to make a complaint to management.

  I can't say enough good things about my stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Castle Rock. The staff was very friendly, the complimentary breakfast was great, the rooms were impeccably clean and affordable. I'd would like to thank, Carol (the manager) for going above and beyond making sure my stay was incredible.

  Great hotel and great customer service. They even sent me a text message.Asking me how my stay was after?I'd been here twenty four hours and to check and see if I needed anything. Room is very clean bed's comfortable and a nice shower.

  Can't say I recommend this property. Stayed with my kids for a soccer game. We were checked in by someone who made sure to identify herself as a manager, then was flat out rude twice when asked anything at the desk in the evening. I'm not sure if it's because I used my employee rate, but the room I was given was very very run down and in need of a good clean of the bathroom walls, holes in the wall need patched, stuff growing in the corner of the bathroom. It wasn't worth bringing to the attention of the person at the desk while staying. You get what you pay for right?

  Hot tub is small and jets seem not to work fully. Breakfast was good. Not a very good experience overall. Room was cleaned before checkout. Spoke with manager and she said she could do nothing. No discount, no future promo...come on guys, respect the hotel guests privacy. Supposedly it's common practice to clean rooms early.
