    Overall, the stay and room were okay, but the billing and reservation handling were unacceptable. I had an existing Expedia reservation for November 7th - 8th. Due to a delayed flight, I called the front desk on the 7th to inform them we would be missing the first night but would arrive the following day. The front desk attendant I spoke with failed to properly note my late arrival on the reservation. Consequently, when we arrived, our original Expedia booking had been marked as a no-show. This resulted in two major problems: I was charged for the full first night by Expedia/the hotel as a no-show fee. I was forced to book and pay for a completely new, additional reservation at the desk in order to check in and stay at the hotel. Being charged for a no-show after I proactively called to inform the staff of our late arrival is absolutely ridiculous and poor customer service. I should not be penalized for an internal communication failure. This entire situation was a completely avoidable headache.

    Hotel is a little dated, but the rooms are nice. The place is clean. Front desk team was excellent. Breakfast was good, coffee was great.

    Older hotel old rooms but always spotless. Clean and smells clean. Dave at the front desk is awesome polite and extremely courteous to all guests. Not just me. I’ve watched him several times go out of his way to make people comfortable. Thanks again for a clean place to sleep while gone from home.

    Muy mala experiencia al llegar la habitación estaba limpia impecable pero al siguiente día todo cambio ya que pedimos servicio ala habitación para que la limpiaran pero al regresar nos dimos cuenta que no cambiaron la ropa de la cama el baño no fue limpiado la ducha estaba sucio pregunté al personal y me confirmaron que el servicio estaba echo que había sido realizado por la trabajadora de nombre Marisela me enoje mucho por qué nose si así limpie siempre esa trabajadora por qué no tuvo nada de higiene es molesto que aya personas así aparte otra cosa que no me gustó es el trato de la manager asia algunas empleadas me tocó escuchar como se dirijia a ellas pregunté por el nombre de la persona y se dice llamar Carmen pero es una persona muy arrogante a simple vista persona como ella dan mala imagen a tan lujoso hotel
