  Not very impressed with this hotel to be honest. Didn’t give the room that was paid for/ reserved. We reserved a king size bedroom and instead got 2 queen bedroom. Talked to the office and was told they don’t have any king size bedrooms available. When we arrived I asked about the pool; front desk gal said it’s being cleaned. Waited a while then we went down and it now says the pool is closed for maintenance because it needed drained and refilled. Pretty upsetting especially since the hot tub is broken. Walked around the building seen the pool. Well it looks pretty full to me. So overall this experience is not the “best” best western could do. Also the toilet paper is low quality too and the toilet hardly even flushes the little toilet paper that is used.

  The room was clean when I arrived and had a fridge and microwave and a fairly comfortable bed; however, despite telling me they had daily maid service, they only cleaned the room 3 days out of the 7 nights I was there and I can't say it was cleaned very well as they only vacuumed one time and only in the center of the room - dirt and objects around the periphery were never vacuumed during my 7 day stay. They did good restocking towels when asked and soaps when they cleaned but only took the dirty towels out twice. They do have hot breakfast daily - either scrambled eggs or cheese omelets and link sausage or bacon. Plus they had cold breakfast available or you could make your own waffles. The front desk and breakfast staff were very friendly. I never saw the maids but they left a nice note each of the 3 days they were able to clean.

  Nice older hotel. Great staff. However I chose it for the indoor pool and hot tub. Hot tub has not been working g for months and while the pool looked good the noise from the equipment is so loud you do t want to use it. I tried over a couple of days as I stayed for 2 nights but the noise continued and staff available could not fix it.. so if you are interested in the pool or hot tub, this is not your hotel!

  The overall experience at this hotel was just okay. My main complaint is that the room did not feel or look clean and the maintenance could do a better job fixing frequently used items in the room. The pictures explain everything. With all this said, I found it offensive that the housekeeper left a qr code for a tip. On a positive note, the General manager and the young lady who served breakfast were very pleasant and helpful!

  Terrible service! Deleted the best western app.. third strike on best western hotels . Had dirty rooms twice and then terrible service. **response to owner.. no you would not have found a reservation for me because your app wasn’t working so we simply stopped in to get a room and Were met with rudeness. We went up the street to another hotel.
