- THTimothy HughesFeb 15, 20262.0Booked for valentines day 2 weeks out, wanted the jetted tub experience. Checked in, walked into my room and they gave me a handicapped kitchen suite, not at all what inwas going for. Talked to the front desk but got a "sorry you booked through a third party for a suite and our jetted tib suites are full". Everytime we left the room and came back i made the joke that the staff must be coming in and smoking weed, as it was in the air. Not terrible but went to sleep, got woken up approximately 2am by first hotel worker then the police knocking on some someones door down the hall trying to resolve something (tried my hardest to sleep). Went to breakfast in the morning to what we in the army call "field rations", fake eggs, over cooked bacon and sausage. IF i came to just stay the night and rest it wouldnt have been fine but because they ruined the jetted tub experience, i feel a certain way. However, the hot springs were fantastic.

The master bedroom is large and spacious with a private jacuzzi; everything is excellent for romantic and relaxing nights.

I asked the guy at the front desk for a room change and he said no even though they have rooms available. Room 200 1/28/2026. Also you can feel the springs in the worn out mattress.
