Apparently we booked a pet friendly room but come to find out, one of the front desk ladies said they’re all pet friendly rooms so changing rooms wasn’t up for debate. The sheets were dirty with pet and human hair and the lady gave me sheets to change myself but I wasn’t allowed to vacuum and their housekeepers were off. Still wasn’t allowed a room change. I checked in on Sunday and by Thursday my throat was swollen. I requested a room change on Thursday and the nice blonde lady was trying her best to accommodate me. The second room was clean but the heater was broken and the third room was again dirty. I took video of all three rooms but the management team here doesn’t seem to care. I couldn’t take the dirty and unpleasant people anymore and decided to check out and change hotels. I wasn’t permitted a refund bc we booked in advance for the week. I’d give this place zero stars except the nice blonde lady really was trying to accommodate me and the young Maintence man was extremely polite, kind, and had the new heater installed within the hour. They each deserve their own star. But I do not recommend staying here.

Talked to the office and was told they don’t have any king size bedrooms available. When we arrived I asked about the pool; front desk gal said it’s being cleaned. Waited a while then we went down and it now says the pool is closed for maintenance because it needed drained and refilled. Pretty upsetting especially since the hot tub is broken. Walked around the building seen the pool. Well it looks pretty full to me. So overall this experience is not the “best” best western could do. Also the toilet paper is low quality too and the toilet hardly even flushes the little toilet paper that is used.
