  Visit the great staff here. Super friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and the hotel is in a great location with IHop and Chilis next door.

  I had accidentally reserved a room for myself and a pet. I was not traveling with a pet. The front desk informed me that he often gets complaints from the rooms that accept pets because of the smell. Once I got to my room, I smelt the smell. It was a bit strong to tolerate. So I called the front desk and he moved me without a problem! As I stayed over night, The internet or "wifi" was terrible. The internet cut in and out and the television would cut out due to the poor connection. The "business center" is rarely used. The computers were slow, the internet connection was poor and the printer didn't work. I needed to print something for my morning meeting and in a pinch, hoped the business center would be able to help me. And it didn't. Not a make or break it point for me. I'm sensitive to noise. The hotel guest were quiet and respectful but one thing that drove me nuts was the sound of the toilet water tank running anytime anyone in the building flushed a toilet. Even with the bathroom door closed, the sound was pretty prominent. Lastly, the morning of check out I took a shower. The tub smelled clean, but, once I looked at the shower wall there was hair left from the last person who shaved in the shower prior to my stay. All my annoyance were just an mild inconveniences until I saw this. It just shows the cleaning staff half-ass cleans the rooms and this makes the whole hotel look bad. However, you get what you pay for! A good deal, means lesser quality unfortunately. I wont be booking a room there in the future.

  I’m choosing a couple names to be sure they get some recognition. However, the entire staff here has been phenomenal. They are always friendly and make sure that we’re as comfortable as possible. I live in hotels for work & having such a welcoming staff is rare. Michelle and Keaton were running the breakfast area while I was there. Keaton is obviously a people person quickly starting a conversation once I walked in. The next day Michelle was hustling the whole time, yet willing to make sure we were all taken care of stop & help with our many requests. Thank you all!!!

  I would like to share our wonderful experience of staying at this Best Western. We were greeted and checked in by the manager Krystal. She was very professional, helpful, and one of the nicest people we encountered on this trip. Her attention to details that we needed was exceptional. On top of our room being just what we asked for, it was very comfortable and clean (Kyrsti). The food was excellent and very delicious. We are corporate representatives for our company and make many trips (and others) up and down the highway 50 corridor. At our annual meeting we are going to let all of our employees know that this is the place to stay and to ask for Krystal. Based on the service we received with Krystal, our opinion is that this should be a 4-star property.
