I booked a stay for a week. I was here for work. Check in was fine and the girl at the front desk was very nice. I get up to my room to find several things broken the chairs at the table were missing arms and so loose I didn’t use them, thinking they may break. The smoke detector was hanging out of the wall and there was several sections of the wall that were damaged. No big deal… but I went to use the bathroom and found that the toilet seat was not attached to the toilet. I looked at it and One of the bolts had broken. I went down to the front desk and told the front desk girl of the problem. She had said the maintenance man had gone home for the day and said that she would try to come up and fix Tools with me and asked if she had any loose hardware, she let me look through the maintenance room and I found the part I needed to fix the toilet myself. When I was down there, she had looked in a composition book at the desk that said that they were aware that the toilet was broken in this room. Nevertheless, I went back to the room and got on the Internet. The Internet was incredibly slow. To the point where I could not do any work on my laptop I ended up hotspotting with my phone. When I checked in, they told me that housekeeping came every other day is now Thursday and I check out tomorrow and my room is not yet been cleaned. I have stayed here once before and was not impressed. I don’t think I will return.

I was highly dissapointed in our stay, got there after midnight and booked. The room was way over priced for how basic and outdated it was. Things had dust on them, the carpet looked like it never got shampooed, (i took a rag and wiped up some water my toddler spilt on the carpet and the rag got so dirty which proved how it needed a shampoo) there was cobwebs on the cieling, the bathroom was missing a tile, there was dried snot on the curtain, hair in the tub, and splatters of drink or food on a couple walls. I took pics of a few things. We had been traveling a couple days and my family got in and passed out right away, i noticed the things after I showered and noticed the hair in the tub so i took a better look of the place and i went down to let the person at the desk know. She was polite and said she could change our room but my family was already asleep. Then told me to come back in the morning when the manager would be there. I did so but someone else was there and i repeated what was wrong with the room and they acted confused and like i was lying but they said the manager wasnt in. I asked if they could contact them he said no she is sick and he wouldnt be able to contact her. He said he also couldnt refund the room, i said i didnt ask for a refund since we did stay but maybe a discount but he again said he isnt allowed and to call another day. I was super polite, as well, believe me i do not like being rude, ive worked in the service industry for many yrs and even been a housekeeper at several hotels and resorts, so i was needless to say dissapointed in the room, and how things were handled. I would not return for another stay. But i hope the manager feels better soon.

I was here on a work trip, worst hotel ever. Wifi doesn't work, the washers are broken, the dryers don't dry your clothes, the front desk doesn't have quarters, the key cards need to be reset every day because they demagnetize literally just sitting on a table, the pool area is out of service, the breakfast isn't good and isn't even served half the time, the carpets are gross, there's mosquitos in the room every night, the fridge isn't even cold enough to keep food from spoiling and there is of course no way to keep anything frozen, and they don't do room service seemingly ever
