  Stayed here several times over the last 5 years and was always content with it until our most recent trip which was very disappointing. I wouldn't go so far as to call this hotel a dump, but they're definitely trending in that direction based on the differences between this last stay and all our previous ones. The whole place seemed a little run down, especially our room which wasn't very clean and had multiple cosmetic problems, an awful shower, and dirty sheets on the pullout couch that our youngest kid was going to sleep on but was too grossed out by the nasty bedding. The free breakfast was a bust -- no fresh fruit, pancake machine was broken, and the dining room was insanely cold. I would've given this place 1 star but I bumped it up to 2 because the lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Sadly, we won't be coming back to stay here the next time we pass through Burlington.

  Hotel is Price Gouging due to wind farm traffic beware prices are a $150 plus per night, unacceptable. They're taking advantage of people in a time of need.

  We had a great stay here! We travel for a living, so we stay in a lot of different places, and this was a great stay. The lady behind the check in desk was very sweet and did her job well. I’d love to hire her!!! The room was clean, quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was great. Breakfast was not disappointing; all the usual continental breakfast food with plenty of coffee available. All the staff we encountered were working hard to do a good job and it showed. The hotel manager should be proud of his people! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

  The experience was Great! Noah was extremely helpful in finding my booking and getting it all sorted out. Hotels.com lost my reservation and she spent a great amount of time helping me find it and get it all sorted out! A+ customer service from her!

  I originally booked at econolodge next door, that place didnt meet my needs so I immediately switched to Best Western. It ended up being one of the best rooms I had along my cross country trip. The room was huge, I was in room 323. They accommodated my needs perfectly, I had a reactive dog so I wanted a suite for max space & privacy, and a room near a side/stairwell exit to let my dog go potty without having to walk by a ton of people. They accommodated me last minute too I didnt do any online booking I called when I was 5 mins from arriving and got the suite. Overall very happy with the stay.
