  Great staff…but this is NOT a 3 star hotel…I have no idea why it says that…it’s extremely overpriced…terrible terrible bedding…do not pay more than $100 for this room.

  It's a pretty decent facility. Though once again lacking in lighting that comes with a wall switch. The TVs are super horrible and are not smart nor do they allow you to actually log on and sign into your own account for anything. Even using the secret menu code and logging into the Wi-Fi didn't even fix the problem. You can't even cast to the TVs or anything. I have stayed in other hotels that have far better TVs that allow you to do all of this. It was interesting that the TV was on an actual swing out mount rather than fitting on top of a table. The pool is not heated and there is no hot tub.

  Complete trash. Breakfast is barebones at 7AM. "Suite" room was $205 a night- the pillows were flat, the bed is hard and bumpy, and the cleanliness of the unit was undesirable. The window air and heat did not work, prompting the opening of windows because it got unbearably hot inside, even though it was 35 degrees outside! Pancake machine was broken, no biscuits and gravy as someone mentioned in another review. This place is complete trash and I would spend your money at the Econolodge next door, where I have stayed before and there were never problems there.

  Stayed here several times over the last 5 years and was always content with it until our most recent trip which was very disappointing. I wouldn't go so far as to call this hotel a dump, but they're definitely trending in that direction based on the differences between this last stay and all our previous ones. The whole place seemed a little run down, especially our room which wasn't very clean and had multiple cosmetic problems, an awful shower, and dirty sheets on the pullout couch that our youngest kid was going to sleep on but was too grossed out by the nasty bedding. The free breakfast was a bust -- no fresh fruit, pancake machine was broken, and the dining room was insanely cold. I would've given this place 1 star but I bumped it up to 2 because the lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Sadly, we won't be coming back to stay here the next time we pass through Burlington.
