- JKJonathan KennedyAug 25, 20255.0This place is a gem. The proximity to downtown for food, drinks, shopping, etc. is amazing. The staff was friendly and looked after any needs that we had. There were a few drawbacks like the second floor ice maker not working when we arrived but the staff offered solutions. We felt tended to the entire time! Our room was just what we needed. Fridge/microwave for leftovers and take-out. Two queen beds so that we each had our own relaxation space. There were plenty of re-charging options for our devices. Cable options were great. We watched Indiana Jones all weekend!

- IJIan JolleyAug 8, 20251.0Absolutely DO NOT stay here if you have a choice! Made a reservation for a room months ago for a wedding. When we arrived, they lost the reservation and then told us the corporate office canceled the reservation. They refused to honor the original reservation and charged us an exorbitant amount to rebook a room that wasn't even comparable to the original reservation. They were so rude to us. Finally, when we got into the room it appeared that there were bed bugs crawling along the base of the beds. DO NOT STAY HERE! Update: After posting this review we were very rudely approached by the GM and asked to leave. It seems that criticism is not well received. All we asked for was acknowledgement of the mistake and for the hotel to honor our original reservation. Instead, the GM and other staff came banging on our door claiming to be "housekeeping," requesting we cut our stay short and leave. I have never in my life seen worse customer service and not only will we never stay at this hotel again, but we may never stay in a Best Western property after this horrific experience.
