  Check in late (slightly after midnight) and the young man at the front desk was great. He was as quick but he was cool and he was funny. It was a refreshing check in experience after a really long day of travel.

  I would strongly suggest that you not stay at this hotel as I was there this past weekend and unfortunately there were some issues with the rooms. I booked 4 rooms, one was a handicap room that was to accommodate my dad who is in a wheelchair. Upon arrival the hotel was unable to accommodate any joining rooms or rooms even close to the handicap room. As we were able to work through this issue we went ahead and took my father to his room to get him set for bed. Upon entering the room, it showed no signs of being a handicap room. We struggled to get the wheelchair between the beds and the hallway was very narrow. I decided to double check that I received a handicap room and the front desk assured me that it was. The next day when tending to my father I noticed Icons on the room number placard near the door. The icon on my door showed hearing impaired. The room across the hall showed wheelchair accessible. SOOOO what they said was a lie. I paid for a handicap room and did not receive one. To top this off, my room had little black hairs in the shower. I wore shoes the entire time as that is unacceptable. So in short, I would never recommend this location or this hotel and I will never be staying here again.

  Excellent stay!! Great location, safe area. Delighted Family of 5 able to find a place to stay that also included breakfast for a very low cost. We decided to arrive a day early for our trip to Estes Park, and found this place online. We were able to see the mountains from our room. The staff was helpful and extra polite! Thank you!!

  NOT RECOMENDED!!!!!!!!! The lady and the front got our reservation incorrect, I booked a 2 queen room and was given a single king room, when asked for the room I reserved i was told they were booked and only had a kings suit with a sleeper sofa, then we went to pull the sleeper sofa out it had pee all over it and smelled really bad! Don't stay in room 210!!!!! Then when we got to our new room 212 the trash wasn't taken out from previous guests!!!!!!!
