Our stay was for 7 nights during the week of Christmas. We arrived early on day 1 and was told a $100 charge would be placed on our credit card for each night as a precautionary hold, but would be refunded after our stay. Considering we were staying for a long period of time this amount really concerned us without prior notification. After checking in we got settled and then headed out for the evening. We received a text message from management that animals are not allowed in their rooms. They had reports of a dog barking in our room and when the manager went by our room they could hear it barking. We didn't bring a dog so this was very concerning. They told us a $250 charge was being placed on our card since we brought a dog in. We responded to the text message from management and informed them we didn't have a dog and they can go in our room to double check. We rushed back to the hotel to also make sure a dog wasn't placed in our room. Upon arrival we received another message saying management rechecked the floor and our room and no dog was found. Before we made it back to also check the $250 charge had already went through to our card (and is still pending 7 days later). This was very aggravating as they went off of reports instead of waiting for approval to check and make sure it wasn't us. Once we made it up to our room we heard the dog they were referring to which was 5 doors down. This was definitely a rough way to start our extended stay. The next suggestion I would recommend is better parental supervision of children 12 and under. Every day we were there a family with multiple children would come down to breakfast. Some days with parents and some days without-- these children were ranging from 6 to 9 years old. There were multiple incidents at the breakfast counter where they were unattended. These children were overfilling the drink dispenser, one child took napkins off another lady's tray as she was preparing food, and/or using the pancake machine with no parents around (not even downstairs with them). This was happening almost every morning. During the last two evenings of our stay a group of young boys were running up and down the stairs and then sprinting down the hallways--hiding in between doorways to prevent getting caught. This was close to midnight and again they were with no parents. The following day the same group of young boys were down in the pool without supervision--definitely under the age of 14 per the sign posted on the wall. They were running back and forth between the hot tub and then jumping into the 3-4½ foot pool near our family. We made the best of our pool time, but also very concerning had one of them slipped and fell. Our room was great, customer service was always available, and our kids loved breakfast. This location is close to a Walmart and a mall. If you are looking for family restaurants look near Northglenn-plenty of options. I would definitely stay here again in the future. I hope management takes this review into consideration about unsupervised children as a safety concern in the future.

The room was nice and clean the staff was friendly. my only complaint was that we came as a family with kids who really wanted to enjoy the pool and hot tub area. the pool was dirty looking and the hot tub was broken and unusable. super bummer to these parents after an almost 8 hour drive! other than that over all good experience

The Wi-Fi in this hotel is absolute garbage. It kicks you off while using your phone every ten minutes.
