  NOT RECOMENDED!!!!!!!!! The lady and the front got our reservation incorrect, I booked a 2 queen room and was given a single king room, when asked for the room I reserved i was told they were booked and only had a kings suit with a sleeper sofa, then we went to pull the sleeper sofa out it had pee all over it and smelled really bad! Don't stay in room 210!!!!! Then when we got to our new room 212 the trash wasn't taken out from previous guests!!!!!!!

  I want to give a great shout out to your front desk representative, KUSHUM. I had booked our room for the wrong date and we showed up and she got it all changed and got us in a room without any hassles or complaint. She is extremely confident and has great customer service skills, I cannot say enough how refreshing this was. We deal with many hotel representatives and she most definitely stood out. She is an asset to your company and should be highly regarded. This made our trip very pleasant as it was a last minute trip to see a Buffs game.

  Room's are decent. It's a decent hotel if nothing else is available. I have Diamond elite status which isn't the easiest thing to do but they don't care for it. I tried calling them from 8 pm all the way to 12 am and the phone rang 1 and ended the call. I finally arrived with my party and didn't get a room upgrade which i understood as the guy told me there wasn't availability, but i had gotten my late check out to 2 pm. But then i was called at 11:00 am by a pretty rude lady that 1pm was the latest as if it where fault. So again stay if there's nothing else available, but if you care for status stay at a hyatt, hilton, or marriot especially a hyatt.

  The room was very clean and comfortable but the mattress was extremely soft for us- super sweet staff brought us thicker pillows and towels , etc and the day guy at the desk was so great and helpful when I needed scissors and tape to wrap a gift- however, the young man at the desk early during breakfast was extremely rude and short, seemed totally bothered when I asked a question and seemed to enjoy telling me that the tv can’t be turned on anything but ESPN or weather! No one wants to watch either of those for long, most want to hear the daily news- he definitely needs more training as to how to deal with the public and not act condescending

  Very clean Like the long sofa against the window and the desk with chair Stayed for 5 days; very spacious and quiet room; lots of cupboard, drawer and shelf space. Love the small foyer before entering the bedroom- with a microwave, coffee maker and bar fridge. Also a full length mirror!! Bed was very comfy- with4 large pillows ( 2 soft, 2 firm) Bonus: room is cleaned every day without asking! I liked the thermostat/heat/AC that was fully adjustable and the fan that I put on continuous as a ‘white noise’ at night Breakfast was quite good- lots of choices Love the coffee machines - you get a fresh hot cup of coffee 24/7 There were a few minor maintenance issues that were fixed when I told reception-which was great Fantastic location-it’s close to my kids in Lafayette Always someone at the front desk if needed Hot tub was not working- a bit disappointing
